Salzano Custom Concrete

We had a large stamped concrete patio built and the end result is quite good for the price. They didn't take long to finish and seemed to know what they were doing from start to finish. The stamped design looks close to real. I would recommend them and use them again. We are happy with the product and quality at the price we paid.

Outstanding! I recently attempted to solvent-strip 10 years of sealer off of my existing stamped concrete patio. I created a huge mess and decided professional help was needed. Through research I found Salzano Custom Concrete and called them in for an estimate. C.J. Salzano showed-up at the scheduled time and was shown the patio. After a moment of assessing the patio, he asked me exactly what I had done and what I had used to do it. I was disappointed when he said he would not bid the job as it was outside the scope of work his company performed. However, he did not leave at that point, but stood at the patio for several minutes. Finally, he spoke up saying that although this was not the type of work they did, he did have three recommendations for me to try in an attempt to fix the patio and not call in a contractor. Long story short, the first of his three recommendations worked beautifully! It cost $187.00 for me to get the patio looking almost brand new! No service was rendered by Salzano Custom Concrete, but they solved my problem (from their standpoint) for nothing. Professionalism, knowledge and expertise in working with concrete products, pride in their service, promptness and an innate willingness to help were all reflected in this 40-minute appointment. I can only imagine how good their product is and wish I had a reason to lay another patio to find out. I strongly recommend you give Salzano Custom Concrete a chance to impress you. You will not be disappointed.

I was looking to remove an old paver patio and replace a poorly constructed concrete step on an outdoor patio and found Salzano Custom Concrete via Google. CJ Salzano himself came to the house to review the project and I was extremely impressed with CJ, his professionalism, how he took the time to walk me through all options without pressuring, and was very responsive answering all of my questions. The quote was reasonable (we obtained four quotes) and included demo/dump fees for all of the removed pavers and concrete, which some other companies tried to have me do on my own instead of using their own teams. His team was able to start the project within a week or so of signing the contract and they worked carefully and quickly. My wife and I are very happy with our new stamped concrete patio (and step) and highly recommend Salzano Custom Concrete to anyone looking for a serious, well-respected company that does great work and has the reviews to back it up.

We had them put in a new patio with a stone sitting wall. We chose them because they showed and explained all the different options that they could do during our initial consultation. We hired Salzano Custom Concrete, LLC to build us a new stamped concrete patio, fireplace, and sitting wall. Every aspect of the job exceeded our expectations, especially the quality and look of the final product. We are ecstatic over our new patio and fireplace, absolutely gorgeous. We were pleasantly surprised that CJ Salzano personally checked on the project numerous times and answered any questions we had. It took several months to work our way through Salzano's waitlist but there is a reason demand for their service is so high! CJ Salzano's quote was in line with others we solicited, and he listened to our ideas, offered excellent advice and options. He helped us fine tune our goals and turn them into reality. Final specs were to demolish the existing concrete sidewalk and porch and replace them with a wider walkway and larger front entrance. Once they got started, his crews were efficient and professional, the job site was cleaned up daily and the job went quickly. The end result more than met our expectations and was worth the wait. Our new bluestone porch and walkway are beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend considering Salzano Custom Concrete for all your concrete and masonry jobs.

Needed a driveway turn extended and crumbling sections replaced. Outstanding work from start to finish. "You get what you pay for...." with this company.

Salzano Custom Concrete replaced our driveway, a section of sidewalk, and steps in September 2020. CJ Salzano & staff were very responsive to our request for a bid, provided a detailed proposal with cost per square foot and optional features. We chose a simple, brush finished concrete drive & walkway. Work crew arrived on schedule and did a profession job. Clean-up was prompt and thorough. I have & would recommend them to others. GWF

We contacted Salzano regarding widening our driveway and they came out and were very helpful in the best way to go about it. We ended up replacing our existing asphalt driveway with a wider concrete surface. It turned out excellent!! Neighbors are a little envious. Manuel and his crew were professional, friendly and punctual. The work was completed in one day and we are able to enjoy using it. Salzano did a stamped concrete patio for us about 6 years ago. It still looks great. Salzano does excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone.

We love our multi-color stamped concrete patio, and the entire experience was great! CJ knows everything about concrete and it shows. He was so easy to work with, offered helpful advice and was patient while we worked together to design the patio we wanted. We especially appreciated the time that CJ spent customizing the patio colors (grout and tiles) to make sure the finished patio met our expectations. The Salzano crew was excellent. They were on time, made sure our deck and house were protected (with plastic), and cleaned up each day. Their work was excellent. There is a reason that Salzano has a waitlist... they’re the best and worth the wait! We highly recommend Salzano and would contact CJ again for any other concrete work.

CJ and his crew are artists when it comes to stamped concrete. We had a multi-tiered patio with a firepit and stone couch that we absolutely love! The stone mason hand chizled and individually placed each stone into the firepit and couch like a puzzle. If you want a stamped concrete patio then Salzano's is who you should use!

Stellar - CJ and his team just completed the tear out of our old cracking asphalt driveway and replaced it with an attractive brushed concrete driveway with red brick banding matched to those of our house. Their work exceeded our expectations and his pricing was very competitive with several other local vendors from whom we also received quotes from. Most impressive was that CJ and team accomplished all this efficiently for our Arlington rental property while we were out of state, and he they did so on a tight timeline between tenants. From arranging the initial quote, to providing an array of options, assessing potential improvements for water mitigation, starting, and then completing the work, with photos and timely email exchanges directly with CJ he was thorough and kept the project on time and on track. I already plan to use Salzano Concrete for a future job. Thanks CJ!

Salzano transformed a 20 years old concrete pool deck with lots of surface cracking into a very nice pool deck that should last for years. The large pool deck (over 2000 sq ft) took over a month to complete (no help from the frequent rain) but overall it worked out. Given the dependency on weather, schedules are almost impossible to maintain. Words of advice. Schedule months in advance (given their backlog), keep a large window to complete, and be very clear on what you want for the final product.

We had our old pool deck removed and reinstalled by CJ and his team. Instead of standard brushed concrete we decided to go with stampede concrete. This added a bold new look to the pool area as we added extra footage to our pool deck. The pool deck turned out to be beautiful and more that what we expected. CJ was very professional, patient and took the time to go over all the details that needed to happen for this project. The project was completed before our deadline. CJ had a great crew that performed the work and they required very little assistance from the customer. CJ and his crew receive five stars for our project and we highly recommend him. Dave & Arlene C
