He did mention that if I searched locally that they might be able to install a new unit less expensively, which I appreciated. Cassie was fantastic and although it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, knowing that we’d been without hot water for 3 days, she was able to schedule a technician to install a new unit that day. They arrived within 30 minutes, installed a new unit, were very pleasant and efficient. I will highly recommend Doby’s to others and will use Angi’s list for all my projects going forward."
