water heater repair
+ -1 moreWe had been without hot water for 3 days and because we had a Bradford model we had to go through one of their certified technicians. They were 5 hours late and told me I needed a new water heater. He did mention that if I searched locally that they might be able to install a new unit less expensively, which I appreciated. I searched a few local companies and decided to go with Doby’s because of the reviews on Angi’s list. Cassie was fantastic and although it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, knowing that we’d been without hot water for 3 days, she was able to schedule a technician to install a new unit that day. They arrived within 30 minutes, installed a new unit, were very pleasant and efficient. I will highly recommend Doby’s to others and will use Angi’s list for all my projects going forward.

Description of Work: Called because our toilets stopped flushing, they came out, dug a hole in the front yard, knocked a hole in the line going to the town sewer hookup and said we would need the line replaced. |As it was almost Thanksgiving we asked them to replace it as soon as possible, but that was the last we heard from them, we called back twice, they said they would be back, but after waiting a week and them not coming back we had to have someone else come in and replace the line.
