They were here when they said they would, and went straight to work. They did excellent work and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very pleased with the removal of my tree. They were careful and cleaned up everything. We did not know that the grinding of the stump and roots was with a separate company until after the tree was removed. However today the grinding of the stump and large roots were removed. The area was leveled and left very clean and neat. I recommend PANTHER PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE. I will hire them again.

They did a pretty good job of removing 2 trees. Unfortunately, they never removed the stumps or refunded our money. It has been over a year. We have been given several excuses and broken promises. Bottom line, it appears they pocket the money for the stump grinding. I guess that is how they make their money. I would NOT recommend it. ***In response to Anthony. My complaint is that you DID NOT remove the stumps, and YES, it is on the contract that I have in my email. If you would have returned our communication efforts we could have worked it out. We waited a full year to leave a review in hopes that you would make it right.

I hired Panther Tree Professionals to take down a tree and grind the stump. They came and took the tree down and asked for the payment of cutting the tree and that the stump would be a separate payment. I was hesitant and even posed the question You are going to come back, aren t you? , but reluctantly paid for tree removal. I was told by Craig, that he would be there the next day (Sat. July 11). He said he would grind my stump first, because of my location to where he was renting the stump grinder. I waited about half the day and needed to run a few places, so I texted Craig and asked him when he was going to come, because I wanted to be there to pay for the stump. He texted back and said he had the grinder reserved, but they didn t have a trailer for him to haul it and that he would try to get it Monday morning. Monday afternoon came and I texted Craig for an update and he texted back and said he broke two teeth off the grinder on the second stump he ground that day and that it would take them to Wednesday to fix it. I texted Wednesday and got no reply. I have texted several times, called both numbers they provided several times and left several voicemail messages at both numbers provided and two weeks go by and I can t get a reply from anybody at the company.

Great service with them. Was quick to contact me as well as get a free estimate. Also, came by the very next day after the estimate and got the whole tree (large chinese chestnut) down in one day. Was willing to do all the extra details in clean-up. Very nice pros that I'll have back any time. Looking forward to future projects for sure.

The guys finished the job in a timely manner, even with rainy weather. Great communication throughout work activity. I am awaiting them to return to finish grinding the stump.

Anthony was very easy to work with over the phone and via text, and Craig did a great job as foreman on our tree job. We had five trees to take down, two of which were very large and very close to the house. They got all of the trees down with no issues and no damage to our property.They also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to taking trees down. We had a miscommunication with one of the neighbors regarding the takedown process for a tree that was on the property line that resulted in some tension, but Anthony and Craig did a good job resolving that issue once it had occurred. I appreciated this greatly, and while zero issues is always the goal, how these situations are resolved once they occur is super important.

Panther Tree Professionals arrived on time and did what they were contracted to do.

The tree work (removing 2 large and 1 small) was excellent. The price quoted was very good. The only glitch was a misunderstanding of the work to be done. I wanted a quote on removing everything, stumps included, to compare with my other estimate. I asked Craig how to proceed, and he said he would come back with a written contract. He never did, but we went ahead anyway. On Friday before the job was done, he asked for payment to pay his men as his bank was closed on Saturday. Not thinking, I paid him the full amount to help him out as he seemed to be an honorable person. He later said the stumps were not included. Because the work was excellent, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid the extra amount. I would not hesitate to use them again, but I will insist on a written contract before beginning.
