Do NOT use this company!!! Paid $1,200 to cut down some trees and $900 to clear my bank from brush. Left the two trees on the bank and when I called to see when he was going to finish the job, he said he twisted his gut on the bank and could not come back for at least two weeks. He then proceeded to insult me by saying he had the most trouble from people like me to whom he gave the cheapest quotes? he then hung up on me!!! He also gave me two different names, one is Anthony and the second time in the phone he said he was David? not trustworthy; save your money and steer clear of them..

I had seven 95â trees that I needed removed. These guys are the hardest working people Iâ ve ever met and it was raining the whole time they worked. The work was done in 2 days- start to finish. Best prices too! Excellent job and Iâ m grateful. Hire them for any tree service you need done, you will be happy you did.

Did a great job trimming but didn?t haul away limbs. Said that was extra.

Be careful I hired them to remove two trees for $900 which they did starting at 0700 . When they came back for their check my wife asked them to remove two more trees and do some stump grinding they quoted her $600 and she wrote them a check. They started right away and cut down one tree and left and said they would be back at 6:00PM they next day. NO SHOW so my wife called again and they said Saturday. guess what NO SHOW. I texted the owner and he said "I cant help what someone does on the side and u givd them a check for it". I recommend that anyone else who had this problem to file a complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General. He also texted me he would sue me for slander if I said lies about his company (NO LIES) NOTE: The first check was made out to Panther Tree Professionals owned by Anthony Shortridge and the person who picked up that check asked that the check be made out to David Shortridge so he could pay his crew. YOU DO THE MATH.

Very professional in a friendly sort of way. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend PantherTree Professionals.

I just would like them to finish the job that I paid them for.

Hired them to cut down 4 dead trees. Told them to cut the trees so they would fall towards the back of my property to avoid landing on my neighbor s property. They said: no problem. Half the trees they cut ended up on my neighborâ s property and all over my property. When I asked them to fix it, they told me it would cost me $300 and that they would come the following week to take care of it. After not hearing from them, I called them and they told me they were too busy and hung up on me. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

They were very fast and efficient. Will use them again..

Their service was expensive but they did a good job cutting trees. Other trees were broken due to tree removal and broken branches were just left hanging from the trees or on the ground. I also think big holes left in ground from tree fall should have been filled in with soil. I don’t know if they could have done anything about their machinery making a muddy mess in our yard. Perhaps this was unavoidable. Very likable people, especially the boss/owner!

Very quickly took care of my problem trees and cleaned up well afterward.

If youâ re looking for some honest hardworking guys, this is it. They showed up at 7 am everyday and didnâ t stop working. Their price was fair and their skill exceptional.

They quoted me 800 to cut a tree down and remove limbs. They did a good job with the tree. The stump removal quote was 100 bucks. They said they would be back next Saturday to remove the stump. Did not show or call. Then, I called multiple times and the guy said he would do it the next fri or sat. Did not show or called three more times. It has been three weeks. The last guy that called said he did not work for the company and didnt show. Dont pay them anything until they finish the job!

They were all professional, on time and cleaned the area. The wood was cut to fireplace length. Very courteous.

Panther did an excellent job for us as they cut down some very difficult and tall oak trees that were within 10â of our house. Furthermore, our house is on a hillside with difficult terrain. They also pulled up a very large oak stump and cleaned up all debris. The price they charged beat three other quotes by a country mile. Overall, they worked diligent, did a great job and I would use them again without a doubt.

Panther Tree Professionals did exactly the work quoted and at a reasonable cost. We had two maple trees removed and stumps ground. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the service and results.

Very professional and they gave me the best price after 5 other estimates. The workers are very courteous and work hard. We had 2 80 foot trees removed and 1 20 foot removed and 2 trees trimmed and stumps removed They showed up when they said they would, very dependable.

Had an immediate need. They took a large red oak down the next day! Tree was within 15â of house and leaning over it. Had it down by noon. Cleaned up by 4:00. Ground stump next day at 8:00 am. We can sleep again. Give them a call!
