Description of Work: Alvin was very helpful and took his time to answer any questions that I had.Did things around the house that needed fixing and attention. Put a chair together, shelves together, hung blinds. Will use again.

Description of Work: We actually started the process in Jan. It wasn't until March that they started and it was completed May. They put some cement around our deck post to help secure it. They replaced our garage door with a new one. He had to leave the project a couple of times due to personal reasons as well as the company he was getting it made from wasn't prompt. It was at least a two weeks process waiting for the job to be completed. I had to email him to find out what was happening. I think that he shouldn't of been more responsible. When he put our door knob back on the new door it broke. He didn't offer to get another one and replace it. Granted it probably needed to be replaced so we up doing it ourselves. The guy was a sweet guy but the professionalism was lacking.

Description of Work: He fixed a bedroom door that had been broken down while locked. The whole frame and jamb needed to be replaced. The only surprise is that he did not paint the new wood. He said he didn't paint.

Description of Work: Alvin came to see what I needed done; gave me an estimate, but felt it was probably too big of a job for him. Called him to do another job & set up time when he'd do it. He never showed up! Since then, I've tried to text him which he acknowledged but does not get back to me.
