Description of Work: We replaced the rollers on the garage doors and it is now unbelievably quiet. It was done quite quickly and service was very professional.

Description of Work: They did an inspection on a garage I have listed (I'm a Realtor) that had some issues and the seller is out of state. They were punctual and gave us the estimate we needed. I will use them again. | |

Description of Work: Realign the eyes and lube rollers and springs. Let us know of some problems with the rollers ie. They need to be replaced. No immenant but soon.

Description of Work: On the day prior to A Plus coming for a scheduled garage door service visit, one of our openers stopped working. We called the office to explain what was occurring so the technician was aware. When he arrived, he reviewed the situation and provided estimates for both repair or replacement of the opener and then discussed them with us. He also assessed the age and condition of our doors, springs, rollers, and the other opener and made recommendations with estimates. We chose to replace the damaged opener, the rollers and springs on both doors which were 8-10 years old, and have everything "tuned up." In about two and a half hours, all the work was completed, the new opener was installed and the remotes were programmed, and everything was working as intended. In addition, the technician explained everything to us along with providing copies of the manual and other paperwork. | |We also added replacement of the bottom seals as they were sun-damaged and falling apart. Those had to be ordered and will be installed in about three weeks when they arrive. | |We have had one issue where the opener activates on its own. It occurred three times in the first 12 hours after installation. We think someone else in our neighborhood may have a remote that is triggering our door. The technician is checking with the manufacturer for possible causes and coming back today (the day after the installation) to address it. | |We chose to use A Plus for the service visit because we received a coupon in the mail. Once the opener had an issue, I checked Angie's List and saw their excellent ratings and decided to stay with them to address the issues that were identified. I am pleased with that decision.

Description of Work: Tune up on 2 garage doors. Went out of their way to explain proper care and answer any & all questions I had. Would recommend in a heart beat.
