Basically I moved. I allowed my cousin to sublet my place for the time being until my lease expired. Once it expired, I came into the apartment and it was completely filthy. I had Sandy's crew come, and they cleaned it from top-to-bottom. The transformation was amazing... Trust me, they are miracle workers. I pass move out without problems, and got my deposit back.

They simply did not contact me by the time promised. I needed it right away. They may be great and I may try them again when I am not so pressed for time. The date I gave as the last contact was when I contracted for their service through Angie's List. I also emailed them today but haven't heard back so am not sure if contact was made either time. I hated to give them a grade because I'm only going by a no contact. Thanks. Elizabeth Cutler

They were very professional. They removed everything from the garage, cleaned and dusted everything, before they put it back in the garage. They were prepared to power wash the floor and carried a cabinet in the house fir us.. They even hauled off the trash.

Rearranged too much stuff in my garage. He swept and cleaned up the dirt he swept up. He commented there wasn't room for all that we had in there and I couldn't disagree, which is why I wanted it cleaned up and sorted and arranged. He was prompt and organized things well. I can now go through everything and sell what I no longer need.

Had them clean the kitchen and some things got cleaned, but the things I really needed done were not.

I'm giving a B is due to the difficulty I had initially contacting them and the lapse in time between when I purchased the deal and was able to get the service complete. The service itself was good, the person who performed the service was friendly and professional and I am happy with the condition of my garage.

It went ok. They were ok up to the first two dates. I asked if they could do the service on my preferred third day and they said they could not do it. Thanks Vijay

I purchased this deal at the beginning of November because I wanted my garage cleaned up for the holidays but I was never contacted by the company. I sent three options for times as instructed Nov 6th and 8th I believe, but never received a phone call or an email. I called the company a couple of times and got a voice mail box. I left a message with my contact information and still did not get a call back. I finally got thru to a person on Nov 20 who informed me that the owner/scheduler was in a meeting and would call me back to schedule the service after the meeting between 1:00 & 2:00. I left my email, my address and phone number with her and when she asked I gave her a couple additional times that would work to schedule the service. She stated that she thought Friday would work but wasn't sure so she would have the owner call to confirm. It is now December 13 and I have still not been contacted in any way by anyone from We Clean Houses, LLC. At this point, I would like to know how to go about getting my money back. It went very well. He did a very detailed and complete job. I was very pleased!

This worked out well. We had scheduling issues because of issues with the worker. He came out and just did the organization. Overall, we were pretty satisfied.

My garage needed to be cleaned out, which is what they did. It took awhile to get a response, but once I got the appointment scheduled they were there as promised. They sent one person who swept it out and hosed it down, which was done well. I was hoping for more organizing of the items, but they stacked things well enough to get the job done. I would use them again for a similar service.

Very reasonable prices for a great service. They show up on time, and always perform a thorough job, for a reasonable price. I use them every other week and will continue to do so! Takes about 2.5 hours for my 1800 sq ft.

They came to my business and we went over everything that needed to be done. The crew was great and they finished in three hours.
