Description of Work: I had Capital gutter come out and look at fixing a drainage problem with my rain gutters and fix a shortage in my ice melt system. I made and appointment but they did not show up. I contacted Jason who was very apologetic and we set up another appointment and another. Thee appointments. No Shows. I therefore went through the winter with my ice melt system not working.I felt no further obligation contacting Jason

Description of Work: Never returned multiple requests for a BID, sent information to company through Angies List. Must not need the work? Could have at least called. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Had to enter a date for service, the only service done was me asking for a BID and them not responding at all.

Description of Work: the quote from capitol rain gutters came at more than double the lowest estimate from another contractor. one important distinction is that they estimated the cost of the downspouts at the same cost per linear foot as the gutter themselves. based on price alone, we did not select this company for our gutter replacement
