Overall experience was very good.

I called the office and the receptionist was very friendly and worked with me to find a convenient time to have someone come to my home to look at the problem and give me an estimate. Travis showed up promptly as scheduled, after first calling to tell me he was on his way. He took the time to look at the gutter as well as a couple other trouble spots and gave me what I believe is a fair estimate for the repair. He also took the time to show me and explain a couple of problems he noticed with my roof while he was checking the gutters. I have the work scheduled to be done next week and since this is the second time I have had this company do some work for me, I am confident that it will be done in the same professional manner as the last job. The consultation was free which was not the case with a couple other companies I called first.

The repair person came when they said they would and the repairs are holding fine. Will see how the repairs hold up during the winter.

The estimate was perfect. Punctual. Fair price. No attempt was made to expand the job. However, the crew did not make it on the service date scheduled. I was disappointed I received no phone call to inform me they would be delayed.. I received a phone call about 7 pm offering to come and complete the work but it was already dark and I thought that inadvisable so I declined. We agreed upon the following morning. The crew showed up promptly as promised on the second day and accomplished the repairs.

I found this company on Angie's List and was very pleased with the experience. The first interaction was with the estimator who was on time, courteous and helpful in explaining why things with my old gutters weren't working. I in no way felt pressured to purchase new gutters, but found the information shared enough to make me want to go ahead with the job. The appointment to install was in a more than reasonable length of time. The installers were on time, friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up as well as explaining warranties. Of course, we haven't had rain (or snow) yet, but I feel certain that I will be satisfied with the outcome - and also certain that if I am not, the problem will be dealt with professionally. Kudos to this company!

Capitol Rain Gutters is in the process of putting up new rain gutters for us. So far, it has been a positive experience. I actually called him today to tell them that we want to go ahead and use their service.

They were fine and the staff was friendly. I would say to go ahead and use them.

We had looked on Angie's List for gutter replacement and called several for appointments. Capitol was able to schedule one for noon that day. Right on schedule, Travis came by and we went over what was needed. He had some suggestions about where they could put the crown in the single gutter, dividing the water flow so most of it went to the other side of the house away from the original drainage issue. He came up with an estimate which frankly was less than we had anticipated. He said he could also schedule thework the very next day! Since I had to leave for New York the day after that, it worked well with our schedules.Promptly at 9am the next day, Adam and Efigenio drove up. They came around back and we went over the design and plan. They took down the old gutter and single downspout and removed the fascia. As they were taking off the fascia, quite a bit of soffit came down due to the angle of original installation. They put up the Fascia and re-attached the soffit and then installed the gutters and both downspouts. The work was done quite efficiently and quickly. Everything looks absolutely fabulous!!! Highly recommend Capitol Rain Gutters!!!!

Initially, we were looking for advice on repair or replacement of existing gutters and downspouts for the 1992 built rambler we purchased in July of 2011. All the quotes recommended complete replacement because of the condition of the gutters and miters. All the estimators identified that the downspouts were completely jammed up with branches, twigs and leaves. After getting five different estimates, we choose Capitol Rain Gutters to tackle the job. We decided to add covers to the gutters due to the large quantities of tall Cottonwoods, Aspens and Maple trees in our yard and the surrounding neighbors' yards that had jammed up the downspouts previously. We contacted Travis on Friday afternoon to inform them that we wanted them to do the work. We paid for half the estimate with a credit card over the phone that day (very convenient). They arrived and completed the work the next Tuesday (very timely). We paid the balance due upon completion that Tuesday. The serviceable 33 feet identified during the actual work was discounted off the final bill. We were concerned about one end after the job was completed and they returned the same day we called and addressed the concern and it has functioned properly since.

Scott arrived on time to provide an estimate. He reviewed the current design of the gutters, pointed out problem areas that existed, suggested the redesign and provided an estimate at that time. I was having the exterior of the house painted prior to the gutter install and wanted to pick a color that would match the gutters. Scott was wonderful- he picked a color that looks great with my brick and stucco home. He also suggested using one rain chain by the front porch as an accent piece. Great suggestion, the copper rainchain is beautiful- like jewlery for your home, yet functional too! Scott was more than willing to answer questions and even came back to my home to re-explain a design element I had additional questions on. The gutter removal, wood repair and new gutter install all went smoothly. I highly recommend Capitol Rain Gutters- they exceeded my expectations.

Completed the job in one day. Price is just ok - I could have gone with the recommendation from Fortress Roofing on the gutter replacement and others and would have costed me less. Job done was good.

After receiving the Angies List booklet in the post, we decided to call Capital Rain Gutters to place guttering on our home, which had never had any. We called one morning..... Travis came out the next morning and gave us a quote, which included placing, drilling, and attaching rain barrels to the down spouts. We also had a tricky bit of curved roofing they had to negotiate. The very next morning, two workmen came out and put up the guttering and attached the barrels. They came within the time quoted and the job took about a hour longer than quoted. The final price was the quoted estimate from the day before.Extremely professional, polite, and CLEAN! No bits of guttering to clean up after they left.Call them!

I asked for an estimate on putting a door into a sided wall. He gave me information but no bid. He was professional and helpful.

It was fine. Really there was nothing bad at all, they showed up on time, gave us a prompt quote and they gave us the discount that they offered because of Angie's List. They did a good job, they were fair and they gave us lots of choices.

They did a beautiful job. They were $400 less than another company I called.

work was for putting gutter caps/guards onto gutters on upper level of house that's difficult and dangerous to access for cleaning. work seemed pretty pricey but we wanted to try this as a solution to prevent gutter problems that have plagued this house since we purchased it 25 years ago. we will not really be able to evaluate the effectiveness of this product until we have watched it for several years.

They were able to schedule an estimate quickly that fit into my schedule. The estimator arrived promptly and did a thorough estimate. We agreed on a price and scheduled the cleaning. The cleaning crew arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning my gutters.

It went really well. I called them up and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. Even with how busy they were, they got out in a couple days. I was happy with the bid, and scheduled a time for the repair. They came out and fixed it in just a couple hours.
