We found HiCaliber on Angie's list, sent an email to start the ball rolling. We paid with a credit card over the phone, arranged access to the unit when we were back in Salt Lake and didn't see the place for two months--and the carpets still looked great.

Their service man was prompt,courteous, and seemed very professional. I am VERY pleased with the job he did - and there was no effort to upgrade me to a price higher than the sale price of $85. He left me with a complimentary bottle of spot remover. I received a Thank You note today! Two days after the cleaning was done. I will definitely be using their services again, and will recommend them to my friends.nly describe what I saw

The two-man crew arrived on time with serious truck-mounted equipment. They carefully moved all furniture, thoroughly cleaned the carpet, groomed the carpet and replaced the furniture. No mess, no fuss. They were competitively priced, and I will use them again.

I made an appointment to have carpets cleaned and on the morning of the day of the apt, they called and asked if we could reschedule due to their extreme work load due to local flooding the day before. We said sure, no problem. On the rescheduled day they showed up about one hour late, which I consider good for any service work. The two workers were very professional, greeted us and gave us a written estimate before starting the work. They were very efficient and thorough in their duties and had the carpets cleaned in about an hour and one half. These carpets are about 13 years old and came out very good considering their soiled condition. We were very happy with the service and the results and would have them back without any hesitation when we need them.

They came on time and it didn't take long to get the appointment. Since it is a second home I am only there maybe a week or two at a time and they are always able to accommodate my needs while I am there. They are on time and friendly. They move furniture to clean behind it when possible.

We considered the price to be too high for the apparent amount of work. If we had installed only 1 heat/air unit for our entire home, the price would have been only $375 & probably well worth that cost. Or if the price were based on the length of the ductwork, or even the actual man & machine work hours, we may have had the work done. But since the majority of the work is in the ducts, we could not convince ourselves that there was 3 times as much work as if we had 1 unit. So basically, they seem very nice but their pricing model seems to penalize our home heat/air configuration. And without a camera inspection, we would not know if dirt/etc remained in the ducts when the job is finished.

I had a water leak and called A Better Plumbing Company, (great service also), they recommended HiCaliber. I called for an estimate and they had someone there that day. Lonnie, the office manager got me the bids back quickly. She worked with the insurance adjustor which was a great help, it felt like I had someone on my side. She very patiently explained everything having to do with the job, and had a lot of good suggestions for how to repair and improve my house. I was impressed that not only were they on time to appointments, but they were often even a little early. The quality repairs were done quickly. I even got follow up calls making sure I was happy with the work, and letting me know they'd stand behind it. The provide outstanding work and customer service.
