HiCaliber is amazing. Communication was great, if I sent an email it was usually answered within 15 minutes. Phone calls were very courteous and at no point did we ever feel that we were being talked down to even for our "dumb" questions. As soon as the building permits were issued work started within 2 business days. The workers were very thorough, polite and very respectful. There was never a mess left overnight, and plastic tarps were always placed over furniture and other personal items. In my situation, they even finished one day early. The attention to detail was amazing. The HiCaliber employee saw a mistake made by one of the contractors (one that we didn't even notice) and he had the contractor come out and fix it. I am very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again. Great company, great employees, and amazing service. A+++

I just moved to St. George and purchased a home. I hired HiCaliber to clean my carpets throughout the whole house. They did the best job I have ever seen a carpet cleaning service do. I have had the carpets cleaned in the past in my other house but results were not even close to the job of HiCalber. They also did the tile in the kitchen, WOW, the grout looked new! I would recommend the team at HiCaliber.

Carpets look brand new after 15 years of use.

We love these guys. They make our carpets look like new and take pride in doing an excellent job. They took the area rugs to the shop and cleaned them. When they were returned they looked like new. We still have some area rugs that match those that have already been cleaned and the difference is obvious. They even cooperate with our needs to keep animals off wet carpeting and split the job for us.

Initially the service was good, but the carpet got too dirty after.

Actually, these folks deserve an A+ for excellent customer service. We have used them for the last two years for semi-annual carpet cleaning. We have a heavily trafficked area that seemed hopeless. Two previous technicians said it was "wear" and couldn't be cleaned any better. Hi Caliber proved them wrong. The carpet looks good as new. They are professional, thorough and competent. The old saying; "You get what you pay for", certainly rings true with these folks.

Simply put they took care of all our needs professionally. From the day we called until they day they left we were completely satisfied.

They did a great job. Carpets looked grungy before and looked great afterwards. We added in the scotch guard too. We also had them stretch our carpets. It made sense since we had all the furniture moved out of the rooms. The stretching is done by a separate crew that came after the carpet had dried for several hours.

They were fast and did a good job. There were two stain on the carpet that did not come out. The carpet was very wet and took 24 hours to dry.

They were polite, professional, and punctual. Excellent service.

The provider showed up punctually, was courteous and friendly, provided an estimate prior to starting the work, and did an excellent job. We have had other local carpet cleaners who did not get the carpet clean, and then excused the poor work with the comment that it was just wear and tear on the carpet, and they couldn't get it clean. Well they were wrong, and HiCaliber got it clean.

The inspector showed up promptly. He was professional and friendly. He answered any questions and provided information as he performed the inspection. The inspection was completely thorough. He left no stone unturned, nor crawlspace uncrawled. The final report we received was a 60+ page report with color photos and complete descriptions of any findings, positive or negative. If we are ever in the market for any services performed by HiCaliber, we will certainly using this company again.

On time very professional and polite. I have used them for longer than I have used Angie's list. The results are always excellent. My carpet is old but every time they leave it looks as good as new! Very pleased with them over a lot of years. I have records back to 2008 but I started using them before that.

From the first phone call to walking out the door, everything was professional, up front and exactly what I wanted. The office staff was very up front about how costly cleaning the duct work could be so there would be no surprises when they arrived. I also had to change the appointment twice and they were very understanding and accommodating. The technician also took the time to troubleshoot some mysterious dark spots on my walls that keep appearing even after recent painting and gave me some critique of the status of my home insulation. Given how professional and responsive they were, I will definitely be using them for any of the other services they provide when/if I need them.

My initial impression of this company was not positive. I tried to schedule an appointment online and never received a response from a company rep. Not one to be easily dissuaded, I attempted to contact them by phone several weeks later. That was a more positive experience. I was able to schedule my carpet cleaning in two appointments (at my request) and the reps were on friendly, courteous, on time and did an excellent job. Happy with the service and will use them again.

2 men arrived at our home at 9am....looked at our carpet to be cleaned. Made recommendations and gave us the same price as we were quoted on the phone. They honored our angielist coupon and gave us the discount. Cleaned fast and looked great. Carpets dried quickly. Very nice people to work with.
