Samson was very pleasant to work with however, I felt it should have taken a little more time to clean than it did. I have learned that one persons' meaning of CLEAN is different from anothers and if a carpet cleaner can clean a room faster than I can with the vacuum, he won't be back...

Royalty Services arrived on time, counted the number of air vents around my home, and gave me a dollar estimate and a time estimate. They were careful to keep the carpets and floors clean, which really impressed me. I had the process explained to me while it was being done, and was even shown before and after pics of some of my ducts. They were able to answer any questions that I had, and were very friendly and professional. The job was done in the amount of time they had estimated (I believe it was about 2.5 hours). It was a positive experience all around.

They were prompt. They figured out how best to accomplish the job (our furnace is a room above the main floor and had 2 flights of steps to reach.) So instead of running the vacuum equipment around and around the stairs; they ran it through a window which we opened and provided easier access. They had interesting cleaning hoses for the ducts which had rubber tentacles to knock against the ducts to shake loose the dirt and I would suspect do a better job than a previous duct cleaner we had dealt with in our other place. They protected the edges of the sheetrock walls going up the stairs with rubber guards, for which I was grateful. The only possible caveat I would make was that they seemed to do the dryer vent cleaning in a prefunctory manner. But since I have never had a dryer vent cleaned, maybe they did a fine job. I was happy with their work and would hire them again.

I was really impressed with Sampson and his assistant. They were both very friendly, courteous, professional and hard working. Next time I need the ducts or carpets cleaned I plan to use Royalty Services again and won't even bother to call anyone else.

It went very well! I was able to get a Saturday cleaning. They provided an estimate before beginning the work and explained the process they would follow in cleaning the vents. They called before leaving their previous job and arrived right on time. I had been rather lax in getting this done regularly, so it was a pretty big job for them. They sent me before and after pictures of one of the vents - they did a great job!

Samson, who is is owner of the company, was very happy to come to our house and have us tell him what we needed done. He told us about his services and experience, his membership in professional organizations, and his guarantee on the job that he would do for us. We had several people come to give us a bid for cleaning all of our house vents. Samson's bid was average price wise and fair, but in addition he showed a high level of knowledge of his business and listened to what we needed done instead of suggesting add-ons (some of the people we interviewed wanted to sell us additional equipment that we were not interested in). He did the job himself with a partner/assistant (who was also very professional) and they were very punctual and performed the job excellently showing us throughout the steps that they took in order to clean the vents completely and even pointing out some possible asbestos tape around our vents. He took longer than expected given the amount of debris in our vents, however he kept to his original price. I would not hesitate to hire this man and his company in the future. We were very happy with his service and will make a point of recommending him to our friends.

I called Samson at Royal Services Group to get a quote from an A rated company from Angie's List. I told him how many vents, returns, & mains there were. Within a minute he gave me a firm quote over the phone and told me it would take about 3 hours, and was able to schedule the work when I requested. The work was scheduled for 12/6 at 8:30am. Samson called and told me he was running about 20 minutes late because he had to pickup a de-icer for their generator line and apologized for that delay. He showed up at 8:55am and took a quick look at the work to be done and explained exactly what he and his partner would be doing. They carefully put drop cloths in the area where their large vacuum hoses would be and began removing all vent covers. They used a whip on the end of the air hose to loosen the 50 year old dirt while the vacuum sucked it away. Through out the entire process, I did not notice any dirt or dust escaping from the vents. They put protective plastic at all corners where their hoses were being used for protection. When they were done, they removed all of their equipment and cleaned as they went. The job took over 4 hours. They honored their original quote and were extremely professional. I will use them for any of the additional services they perform as I need them. Great company to work with.

We have two furnaces and the one we had looked at was the one in the basement. Due to the way the ducting ran under the slab it was a bit more work than we thought. They were right on time, looked at what we had and went to work. Some surprises came out of the vents -rocks, concrete, foam blocks - but they did a great job. They then did the dryer vent which had never been done since the house was built so it seriously needed it. They had protectors around corners, pads over the carpets and kept everything neat. Will be having them come out for the other furnace soon!

My house in Murray, UT has family living in it currently and they had complained that the house air ducts needed to be clean, because of all the dust accumlating within the household. Now I had just gotten them cleaned two years ago by another well know company, so I doubted they needed to be cleaned. Based on the positive reviews on Angie's list, I decided to contact Royalty Service Group to check the air ducts, just in case if they were not cleaned properly previously. From the moment I called them, the professionalism and customer service I recieived was excellent. They came out the next day and gave an honest assesment of my air ducts which were they were fine, and were still a few years away from needing a cleaning. They charged me only for the visit and the inspection which included a video camera's view of my air-ducts. Their honestly was refreshing especially since they could've up-charged me for a complete air-duct cleaning that wasn't needed, but they didn't. I highly recommend Royalty Service Group and plan on using them again.

Royalty Services gave us a call to tell us they were on their way to the house ( which I really appreciate). They arrived on time, and quickly got to work cleaning debris, dust and dirt from over 20 of our ducts and returns. They carefully padded corners of the walls and were exceptionally courteous and thorough. All my questions were answered and they showed me pictures of the ducts as the job went along. Overall it was a good experience and well worth getting this arduous job done by expert professionals.

My house smells so much better and my AC is much quieter! Royalty costs more than others, but I was VERY impressed with their professionalism and their communication skills. When I called inquiring about their process they were very thorough with their explanations. I also greatly appreciated that they did not use a chemical treatment in the vents. This treatment is completely unnecessary and the EPA website recommends only using chemical treatments when there are severe cases of mold (not a common problem in Utah), as the chemical treatment can pose health risks for those inhaling it. Royalty arrived on time, spent close to 3 hours cleaning our dirty ducts in our small home (the woman who lived in our home before us had not cleaned them in her 3 years in the home), and was very thorough with the entire process. You get what you pay for and this is worth the extra money.

Bryan DeGrange and Samson Rollins from Royalty Services did an excellent job for me. They were extremely professional and well equipped. They showed up on time and worked very cleanly, efficiently, and thoroughly. They were very careful as well, including putting down protectors to prevent any damage to the walls when they brought the big vacuum hose in from outside. Before they left, they even fixed a problem that was not their fault and that they had no obligation to fix, so in that sense they went above and beyond what was expected. They were also happy to stop and answer questions at any time during the process. I got many different bids for the job through ServiceMagic, and the prices I was quoted were all over the map. I wound up going with Royalty Services because, even though they were the most expensive, they were one of only three companies in my area who showed up on the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) website as having certifications, and moreover they had certifications for multiple employees. The other two companies with NADCA listings had either gotten bad or no reviews here on Angie's List at the time, so I did not bother with them. In the process of getting bids, one company claimed to be NADCA certified, but was not listed on the website at all. So, if you care about the training and professionalism of the people performing air duct cleaning for you, Royalty Services is the way to go, and even if you don't care about the certifications, you will not regret hiring them. I would most certainly do so again!
