Samson/Royalty Services Group was very responsive, professional, and competent. I made an inquiry on their website over the weekend and first thing Monday Samson contacted me to give me a quote and set up a time to clean the vent. He came out the following day and quickly cleared the very dirty vent. He suggested a reasonably priced vent cover to replace our broken one and installed it. I would definitely call them again.

We had been told that we would have to rip out our dryer duct and replace it, which would have meant ripping up walls and ceilings. Samson from Royalty came and cleaned out the ducts, preventing us from having to replace the duct work. We were soooooo grateful. We can't say enough good about this company.

They sent out a very nice tech who took the time to explain the process and went right to work. Surprising amount of material can clog up the exhaust for a dryer vent. But now that it's all gone I'm happy to say our dryer is working like new Definitely use these guys to clean your vents before you invest in a new dryer!

There machine kept breaking down, so I had to wait over a week to see if they could get out to me to finish the job. The scheduler was very professional and she did a great job of keeping me posted on the problem with their truck, but I ended up needed to call another service so I could use my dryer.

The crew was very personable and arrived on time. They began work immediately and kept me abreast of their progress all along the way. Even with the coupon, Royalty's price was higher than two of the other bids I obtained, but the person who talked to me about their service, convinced me that theirs would be the best. On top of allowing me to use the coupon, they cleaned my dryer vent for no extra charge. In all, I was very pleased with the service.

They were great to work with. They were able to schedule quickly. We had construction going on and they were good with working around that. The lead guy oversaw everything and they were refreshing to work with as they did such a great job. The price was reasonable for the services.
