Arrived on time and were very efficient and did a very nice job. Carpets were cleaned very satisfactorily in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

It went just fine, I had to leave for a previous engagement but felt comfortable in leaving them at my home. Samson explained what they would be doing and suggest I pick up a better quality filter than the one supplied to me by our HOA. Very nice guys. Hi Rise condos always present a problem in this kind of work but they had the equipment to do the job.

The customer service was excellent. They were very friendly on the phone with a prompt willingness to help and be of service. They fit me in same day. They cleaned our family room carpet and an ivory micro-suede fabric sectional that had not been cleaned in 4 years. When they were done it looked brand new. I just couldn't believe how nice it looked after suffering 4 years of 2 boys, their friends, and our pets. I am still at awe.

Todd was about 45 minutes later than our scheduled appointment, but he apologized and went straight to work. The quality of his work was very good.

Called Saturday. Came on Monday, 4 to 5 hours first with a call first that we would be here. Cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. Gave us same price for next year to schedule same annual service. Took less than 15 minutes. Dryer runs fine now.

I had this company come and clean the carpets in my home. They were punctual, professional, and went over and above what was required. They first vacuumed the entire house and then they steam cleaned the carpets doing an amazing job.

The service provided by Samson was amazing. He was professional, timely, provided a quality service, and went over and above what was required. I was so happy that this resolved my problems with drying the clothes and now I can actually dry a batch of towels in less than one hour as compared to 2 1/2 hours before I had this service done. We bought an old house built in 1924 and I don't believe the ducts were ever cleaned since the coal burning days. They did a quick and competent job.

I had 32 vents+returns, so I know it was a big job, but I was surprised that it cost so much ? but the price did match the quote ? I had decided to go with reputation. They were here almost 3 hours, and that included the free cleaning of the dryer vent and new filters for both furnaces. Overall I was thrilled with the job. I had confidence in the air quality within the house and was sure I could FEEL the difference. I had heard a horror story where new carpets and curtains were covered in dust after duct cleaning, but Royalty Services left no trace of dust, and they said the ducts in my house were quite bad, though they had seen much worse.

They have always been great! They are very quick and came in right away. I would recommend them!

The experience was very good. I have had this company clean for me for about 5 years. The price is higher than some carpet cleaners but reasonable for the service provided. They did an excellent job with attention to details and they pay attention to your concerns and work to satisfy your desires. They are also easy to contact for appointments. They were on time or a little bit early each time - no waiting around on my part. They did a great job! Cleaning personnel dress professionally and are not the "scary" kind of people to have in your home. They use corner shields to protect your walls where they pull their hoses through your home and they leave plastic booties for you and your family to wear while the carpets dry. I am happy to recommend this company as I have been very pleased with the work they do. I will continue to have them clean for me both carpet and upholstery as they do a great job with both!

Samson was very responsive and set up a time for the cleaning. He clearly explained what was to be done and then performed as I had hoped. I was not sure all the stains could be removed, but they did a nice job and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

We just bought our house and it was built in 1973. We were fairly certain the ducts in the house had never ever been cleaned. We found Royalty Services because they were only one of two companies that were NADCA certified in Utah which was important to us. They were very professional on the phone and called when they on their way to our house. Upon arriving they let me know what they would be doing and had me give them a tour and went over where all of the ducts / intakes were. They used corner guards everywhere they worked so that their hoses wouldn't scratch the walls. The first vent they cleaned they showed me all of the stuff that was in the vent - crayons, cigarette butts, all sorts of disgusting stuff. One of the other vents, they actually found a magazine from 1974 shoved into it! They took their time making sure it was done right. I was impressed with their service and would be glad to use them again.

The guys blew a tire on their way to our house for the original appointment, but called right away to explain what had happened and rescheduled for the following day. They were prompt, courteous, and very thorough, according to my wife who was here to meet with them and review their work. The showed her before and after pictures and she was pleased. We'd recommend them and use them again as needed.

I desperately needed our airducts, furnaces, and airconditioner cleaned. My husband found Royalty here on Angies List. We are glad we took the recommendation of others!

It is an older house and I don’t think the ducts have been touched for 30-40 years. They did a really good job. They got the vents open and some of them working that weren’t working before. They showed up on time. They were really very good.

I've never had vent or duct cleaning done before, so I didn't know what to expect. I researched a bit, but took extra time to review the websites of companies that offer this service, how it is done, why, trying to be careful about my choice.I called the main number for Royalty Services, and Samson answered my call. I was impressed I didn't get a voicemail box. He was very nice, asked me a few questions to help determine my overall needs, discussed the pricing (gave me a quote based on the data I gave him), and set up a date/time to do the job. While I expected to have to wait a couple weeks for an appointment, he was able to get me on his schedule very quickly!He gave me a timeframe for the scheduled date, and said he would call me as he was leaving his earlier appointment.On the day of service, he did call me as promised, and arrived at my door perfectly within the one hour timeframe he said he would. He was even on the earlier side of the hour, not the later side.I can't remember the name of the employee he had with him, but they were both extremely polite, and very professional. They came in, had me show them the vents, Samson offered to explain the process to me so that I would know what and how they were going to clean the ducts. They set up their equipment, including corner guards for my walls, shoe covers, etc.They also pointed out the vents/ducts that had stripped screws, and asked my permission to remove them, and replace with their own. As they worked, they invited me to see 1st hand the nasty fur-balls and crud that was accumulated in my vents. They also showed me on a vent how they actually remove the garbage in them. It was good to see the process, it helped it all make sense to me.When it came to the dryer vent, mine is challenging in how the builder configured it. Samson was clear with me that this setup could cause problems, including damaging the flexible pipe, I gave him permission to still attempt to clean it, and I would take responsibility if it got damaged. But we had to try because our dryer had quit drying clothes due to a vent clog.Samson was very careful, and was able to get a very large clump (basically an adult rabbit, not just a dust bunny) from the vent! Walla!! My dryer worked again!!I have over 25 vents in my home, and while he told me the job would take 3-5 hours, depending, it was done in about 4, I think. My house was left VERY clean, all vents replaced as if never removed, nothing left out of place that I didn't already have moved for them.They were extremely thorough, very clean, and while a tiny bit of fuzz was visible in some areas, I was told about it, and was able to vacuum it up. But honestly, had they not told me, I probably wouldn't have even noticed.I felt the price I paid was very fair and reasonable when considering their time here, and the high number of vents I have.I had at least 15 years of dust built up in my ducts.I am considering getting some furniture professionally cleaned, and will now consider hiring this company to do that work, as well. I feel it's worth the risk considering how impressed I am with the work they did on my ducts. It was obvious to me that they care very much about the quality of work they do.Thanks, Samson!!
