Dryer is operating much better. Second time we have used them. Price a little high, but very satisfied.

I looked up dryer vent cleaners on Angieslist this morning and called Royalty due to their fine reviews. I spoke with a very pleasant Tiffany who took my information. The first date she gave me was not good for me. Then, because Samson was relatively nearby at another job, she called him to see if he could come today, and he could. I was given an approximate time and then was called within that time to say he was on the way. He arrived promptly. Samson is a very friendly professional person! He was not daunted by the amount of snow he had to get through to get to the outside vent. He explained what he was going to do and efficiently cleaned out the vent. Seeing the older vent cover (that I've been frustrated with!) he recommended a newer and more efficient one that he did have in his truck. He attached that. I feel confident that the job he did was a good one seeing all the mess that came out of the vent! And his suggestion for a better fix for the vent cover will make all the difference. I would recommend this business, and Samson, to anyone!

What can I say really for such a professional and hard working team! They came promptly and got to work right away. I just purchased a 100 year old home and needed the vents cleaned and carpets cleaned before moving in. They made it easy to work and schedule with them. The vents had never been cleaned before so It was so nice to see the befores & afters from their work. I didn't notice really anything more than an occassional slight puff of dust from the vent cleaning as they were working. Hardly worth mentioning really. Its the nature of the job. And the solutions they used for cleaning the carpets didn't leave any strong headache causing odors or residue. Also gave me a spot cleaning solution for any accidents in the future! I would certainly recommend them!

great like it would use again

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the guys that came. It was the first thing we did in our new home and it was a big job as the house had been remodeled so there was a lot of stuff to clean out. I feel that the cost was reasonable.

The initial telephone contact was very professional and the owner explained everything to me clearly. The technicians were here for at least two hours (maybe close to 3 hours) and they seemed to be very thorough. The reasons I did not give "A" are as follows: (1) one of the technicians was too chatty and I didn't get the impression that he was thorough or careful with our house (i.e. wearing shoe covers, not scratching walls); (2) we noticed that the A/C drain in the basement was not placed back correctly and the water was all over the utility room floor when we noticed it the next day (damaged a few boxes with clothes and books); and (3) I tried to pay with a credit card and was told that they would have to charge me a 4% fee if paying with a credit card (this was not explained previously). Overall, I think they run a good honest business (and they are one of the few that are NADCA certified) but I am having a hard time seeing beyond those "bad taste in the mouth" incidents.

They arrived on time to the appointment. They were very professional and took a lot of care in making sure they were protecting the walls and woodwork during the job. They also made sure that everything was sealed up appropriately. They owner was on site and did some of the work himself. They did a great job!

Appointment was easy to set, and the techs arrived when promised; in fact they called from their previous appointment to let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. They got right to work upon arrival, were courteous and professional, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves. They even did some unexpected extra work that I asked about when they arrived (vacuumed swamp cooler vents.) At the end of the job, Samson let me know what to watch for so I would know when it's time to schedule service again. They also had provided a great coupon for Angie's List members which made the service an even better value. I would definitely use Royalty Services again!

It was OK. They were nice; it wasn’t great. It looked like there were places that weren’t clean. They were on-time. The price was a good deal but I would probably not have them back because the cleaning didn’t seem to be consistent.

It worked out quite well . We had another service provider working on tile and they were good about sharing the space with that service provider. They were pretty good about accommodating our schedule. The price was a good deal as they gave us a discount because we were having he dryer vents cleaned the same day. I would use there service again.

They did a great job. The technician was very conscientious and the results were excellent. He really went above and beyond on explaining how to remove spots and left me some cleaner for future. The only thing was not happy with the cleaning left a bubble in the carpet, which I felt they could have been a little more helpful with. Other than that, they did a good job.

Royalty Services is very professional. They came when they said they would, they had two technicians clean our air ducts, they did the job for the price they said they would, and they did a thorough and detailed job. We would definitely hire them again. Angie's List was right about them! (I looked Royalty Services up on Angie's List before hiring them). Royalty Services is a top-notch company! I even referred our neighbor to them when she asked us who we had clean our air ducts.

They did a great job. New filters were included as part of the job, but it turned out that my furnace was so old it didn't have a filter system set up (it was a converted coal furnace). Instead of just skipping that part, they spent extra time and effort putting the filters in place so that it provided at least some functionality. They were also very pleasant to work with:-)

He was prompt and professional and did a very thorough job of cleaning out the vent from the dryer to the outside of the house. I would use them again when needed. A.

'It' never went anywhere. We called and talked to some woman who represented herself as someone that we would work with, ie what kind of services were looking to use, timing, and what our location is. During our brief conversation the woman indicated that she was driving and asked if we would send her an email with the information we were looking for, which we did. To date no reply! Based on this, we will not want to use Royalty Services in the future and will not use Angie's list after our first year's subscription is up.

Samson and his crew were very responsive and efficient in their cleaning of our air ducts, returns, and dryer vent. I called them early in the week and they were able to get our service call scheduled and completed within 4 days. The service crew was very respectful and polite and spent approximately 4 hours completing the service of our systems. They were very through and made sure that every vent and return was accessed and cleaned properly and everything moved was put back in its place. I could tell the difference as soon as I arrived home from work that afternoon. The house smelled very fresh and clean, and the dust levels have been significantly reduced. I would highly recommend Samson and his company...fast, efficient service, fair pricing, and honest and polite workers who are well trained to provide spectacular service. If you are in the market for duct cleaning services, these are the folks to call. I will definitely call them the next time we are due for a cleaning.
