Description of Work: A previous call kept the service worker from meeting us at the appointed time, but once he was there he got straight to work. The problem was an easy fix (for him, not us!). He apologized again for the delay in getting to us...and then didn't charge us for the call. We have used Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning in the past and will continue to use them. (Note: I also like that they use shoe covers before they enter the house.)

Description of Work: Service Experts installed a new Heating and |air conditioning unit in my home. They corrected some of the problems of the previous installation that made it possible for the new unit to cool/heat much more efficiently. They did excellent work and have continues to service the unit twice a year.

Description of Work: This is my 1st order though the Angie's List, I am kind of disappointed!! My order is tune up the A/C.At first they just checked the furnace, they said our furance is broke down. Then turn around try to sell us $8000 the new furance and A/C. What I asked for just tune up the A/C and the furance. I am not sure my furance is really broken, I will get the 2nd opinion. I feel they are dishonest. Also now such as hassle, I have to made couple phone call, get the refund from your company. I feel this is all LIEs, I'm kind of regret to join your membership.This is my 1st experience from you guys!!

Description of Work: In my initial call I told them I needed to gas fireplace repaired in addition to a tune up on my heating and a/c systems. When the technician came he said he didn;t have any experience with fireplaces and they would need to send a second technician. They did make the second trip and all is well. My issue is with their billing and collection dept. Their service was a featured special on Angies List and I paid the $99.00 to Angies List. I later received a bill from the company saying I owed them the $99.00. I talked to their billing dept who said they hadn;t received the money from Angies List but she would look into it. Two weeks later (today) I got a second notice from them saying I hadn;t paid the $99.00. You would think if they were using Angies List as a positive referral avenue they would make sure their customers had a positive experience - I didn;t!! Actually, their services were fine, and their price was fine. Looking at the overall experience, however, hasn't been good.

 + -1 moreThey were very unprofessional. The job was not completed the first time, and they had to come back. It took forever for them to come back, and their secretary was extremely rude. They made it seem like the whole problem was our fault. I was very dissatisfied.

 + -1 moreWe make the appointment and they are there on time or always call if running behind. Very professional they even cover there shoes with bootees, so not to track up our floor.
Description of Work: Furnace cleaned ever fall by this company they take blower apart even wash it, change filters, make any adjustments need to furnace and thermostats

 + -1 moreOverall I had a very pleasant experience with this company. They always give us a remember call one half hour before they arrive. They always let us know if they are going to be late. I like the fact that they are very customer service oriented.
Description of Work: We pay them monthly to maintain and clean our heating and cooling system. They also fix most problems with our system under this plan. The cost is $15 per month.
