Efficient and informative. I will be using them again when we have more comprehensive sprinkler work done.

Sean was friendly and did good work. He saved me some money by not doing replacing the manifold, but just installing the three new valves. After replacing the valves and clock as I requested, I still had low pressure on one of the zones. Sean found a small leak and repaired it. I think the price was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. I feel Geromie and Sean are respectful, knowledgeable, and easy going, even during the busy spring sprinkler repair season. It's truly a pleasure doing business with them.

They were fast and professional.

Geromie was excellent to work with. His team performed the job very well and met expectations. I had one issue after the install and they came right back to fix it with no questions asked.

It was okay but kind of disappointing. I found another broken pipe in the sprinkler that they did not find. I was expecting them to be better than me but I had to do it myself. I told them the problem that the guy told me but then I found one myself. It seems kind of disappointing. I just feel bad that the thing called Big Deal was not such a big deal. I expected them to actually set the timers for each zone for optimal time but they didn't do anything to try to convince me that they are trying to optimize it. It looked random to me.

It's been 1 week and I haven't heard back from them.

It took a couple of visits to get everything right, but it was all fixed and working in the end.

It went great. One of the valves was faulty and they fixed it. Initially we tried one of his spare reused parts, but ended up using parts off a new valve I had. Then set each controller and checked all the sprinklers.

The gentleman was very prompt, very courteous & knew what he was doing. It was a quick, efficient call. I will be doing more work with this company in the spring.

Millcreek Sprinkler shut off the sprinkler system of our new house and cleared the lines with compressed air for winter. This took more time and effort than expected, since the system is rather extensive and the shutoff valve was hard to find in the overgrown garden we now own. The technician did not complain about the extra effort required and also gave us good advice about proper care of the system. Even though it took about 90 minutes longer than expected, there was no extra charge. We had a little bit of trouble getting in touch with Millcreek Sprinkler right after Thanksgiving, but they did get back to us eventually.

They were great. The best was that they finished it, and got the work done quickly. The worst was that they missed the initial problem, but they took care of it right away. The bill was so high.

They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We'll use this company again.

He was very quick to responsed and on time for our meetings. He had good ideas to help. He was fair on price and broke down the cost for me at the end which i like. Many people dont do that after giving you a quote.

Geromie what so great. I called with an emergency having never used them, they came out with in the hour. Fixed the leak and spent time making sure it was done correctly! I will only use them in the future.

I'd recommend this company to anyone. Geromie promptly returned all my phone calls, always arrives when he says he will, and the crew was hardworking, respectful and efficient. Geromie reviewed the areas of anticipated sod and the flower beds and figured out the needs accurately. I wanted to put in a desert-scape bed on the same system valve as the garden which is ridiculous but Geromie installed a switch so that I can manually adjust the water in that bed to accommodate the different needs. The controller system is intuitive. When the sod was installed recently there was a change in one section, and Geromie came over within 12 hours to install a sprinkler head to cover the area, and he didn't charge me for his time, even though I felt the change was our mistake. After the sod was put down and we turned the system on it covered everything we had discussed. He runs a great business and I think his prices are right in the middle of the market for quality supplies. I found cheaper but not better. I also just trust him. Highly recommend him.

AJ with Millcreek Sprinklers called ahead and confirmed with me that it would be OK to arrive EARLIER than my scheduled appointment. After listening to my concerns and what I had already attempted to fix the problem, AJ got right to work and within a very short time isolated the problem. Utilizing his experience and expertise, the technician disassembled the broken valve, tightened some loose internal screws, and reassembled the valve. The repair worked great (and given the age and placement of the valve, save me some money). AJ then efficiently removed and replaced a broken, brass sprinkler head (that I had earlier given up on trying to remove b/c it was so freaking tight) With the job completed AJ provided me with a more than reasonable invoice and was on his way to his next assignment.

I called Millcreek Sprinklers on a Wednesday about a leaking sprinkler valve. Geromie told me he could have someone out the next day, but due to a problem with our schedule, we set up the appointment for Friday. Sean arrived at the scheduled time. We mutually agreed to replace an additional 3 valves due to their age. Sean replaced all 4 valves and rebuilt the manifold with all new pipe and fittings. 3½ hours later, everything was complete and the clean-up was excellent. That evening we discovered that 2 unrelated zones were not working and I called Geromie around 5:00p. He promptly returned my call and said Sean would be calling me to discuss the problem. At 8:00p that evening, Sean called and said someone would be out the next day (Saturday) to fix what appeared to be a minor wiring problem. As promised, another Tech (A.J.) arrived and fixed the problem within a short period of time. We are completely happy with the work that Millcreek did as well as their professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness. We will call them again for any issue related to our sprinkler system. We highly recommend them.

The basement was flooded because of a water sprinkler leak, so we initially had the valve boxes moved away from the house to prevent this from happening again, and the work was done by Dr. Sprinkler. Dr. Sprinkler failed to make several appointments,. When he finally did appear, he made no effort to preserve the lawn, and just dug it up leaving a muddy mess. After a couple of days the water pressure in the front lawn was gone. We were very unhappy with Dr. Sprinkler and that's what prompted me to join Angie's List, where I found Millcreek Sprinkler. I called Millcreek on Monday and Sean was there on Wednesday. He even called about an hour ahead of the appointment to ask if it was OK to come a little early. He was very professional and I greatly appreciate a person who seems to enjoy his work and is as knowledgable as Sean was. He found the problem in about 15 minutes. Apparently, Dr. Sprinkler hadn't glued a PVC pipe to the water source and the pressure popped the pipe off, thus breaking the connection flowing to the front lawn. Sean applied the glue to the pipe properly and finished the job in less than an hour. The sprinkler system works great now. The price was reasonable, and I only regret that I didn't call Millcreek Sprinkler in the first place. Many thanks to Sean for his professionalism and excellent work!

I had a broken sprinkler head, so I decided to call up Millcreek sprinkler because of their good reviews on Angie's List. They were able to get a repairman out the very next day. The technician was right on time, took care of the job in about 15 minutes and the sprinkler now works fine. On his way out, I asked if he'd be willing to quickly show me how the system controls worked, since I'd recently moved into the house and he did. The cost was reasonable and I plan to use this company for all my sprinkler repair and servicing in the future.

Geromie was punctual, friendly, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problems and recommended cost effective solutions. He also had all the tools/equipment handy to repair the sprinkler heads and verify that all the sprinkler stations worked well. He even shared valuable tips for rejuvenating my lawn. I would highly recommend Geromie and his team (this is my third time using their services). Expect to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment since they are in high demand.

I first asked Millcreek Sprinkler to come and do an assessment and repair of the existing system. The first guy they sent was punctual, nice, and fixed one of my lines. I asked him to check all the heads to make sure they were working properly and he told me that had been done. Once I turned the water on afterwards, several of the heads were still bad, although the line had been fixed. I asked them to come again and this time Geromie came (It took about two-plus weeks for them to come because they were so busy). Once Geromie came, everything was incredible. He fixed broken heads, a leaky line, and did some incredible maintenance. I will ALWAYS use them, as long as I can get Geromie - he was amazing. He stayed late until the job was completely done. I highly recommend them.

They were very professional and did good cleanup. They were very dependable and the price is fair. It took them a while to get there.
