They were great. Very accommodating and helpful advice. The sprinklers are working now better than they ever have. I'm planning on hiring them to add an additional rain bird. Great to work with!

Milcreek used to be a trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and customer-oriented business, and I was one of the first ones, if not the first, to write a review and give them an A rating on Angie’s List. Back then, I could easily get a hold of Jerome, the owner, who had done several projects for me, and had consistently done a great job. For the past few years or so, there was no Jerome even though I asked to talk to him and requested for him to do the job that I needed to get done instead of the technician that they kept sending. I suspect that Milcreek is now under new ownership. To make matters worse, I found a charge on my card for a service that was neither performed by them (supposedly in the month of December!) nor requested by me. I was eventually refunded after I called them, and I never trusted or hired them again. And I would have appreciated it if they were honest about Jerome not being around anymore instead of being given the run around. It is not the same company anymore.

They would not travel to my location.

The upgraded system works incredibly well and we don't have any more bold area in our lawn. Automatic irrigation system in our vegetable garden works extremely well and efficiently.

He actually arrived a little early, but was able to start on the repair (office has my account on file) and did an excellent job. Millcreek's scheduler/office manager is likely the secret to their success.

Only person I could get out n bid n did the job for me

I had a paver patio put in the backyard and needed to replace the sprinklers and wiring that got torn up in the construction process. The sprinkler guy I had backed out. I was scrambling to find someone to put in the sprinklers and mail line, then tie them in to existing sprinklers. Millcreek responded quickly (in the high season) made time for the installation and came in at a fair and reasonable price. They encountered a few unexpected 2,obstacles along the way (fence concrete, unfinished conduit), so they came back on the weekend to finish the job. Nice guys, punctual, professional and a fair price.

Excellent company - From the first phone call to the last walk through, they were pleasant and easy to work with. Quality products and work. I have very difficult soil and the crew had work hard to put the lines in. They were neat, tidy, considerate and cleaned up after themselves really well.

Called in my regular guy, who wanted to charge me a fortune to replace a bunch of valves that he said were about to fail. Millcreek came in and fixed everything for a fraction of the price.

We thought our solenoids needed to be replaced, and that we had several lines broken. It turns out that we just needed to have our sprinkler box plugged into the wall (as opposed to a timer that had been turned off....duh) and one of the pipes replaced. The job I thought would be $4,000 turned out to only cost us $75.00 - mostly for the service visit. AJ was professional and extremely helpful, and helped program our box for better watering. The only issue I had (and it was a very small one) was that I was given a four hour time frame, but no one confirmed that I was on the schedule after my initial appointment was set over a week before. After not hearing anything, I called to make sure I was still on the schedule - and sure enough, he showed up right after I called, as he was en route. I would only recommend a confirmation via phone or email or even text to make sure customers don't miss the appointment, as I understand missed appointments incur a fee.

They left the property better than I expected

Millcreek Sprinkler did an excellent job. The price was competitive and the terms were well above average. They worked very hard and got the job done quickly. And they did a good job of working around the quirky aspects of my yard. I plan on continuing to use them for winterizing my sprinklers and that type of ongoing service.

The man who came to fix a sprinkler head tried to sell me a new controller as he said he couldn't read the current one though every house in the community has the same original one and every landscaper and neighbor is able to use it. I aksed him to set it up for watering 3 times a day and he siad no. and said he didn't know how to use it. He tried to sell me a rainbird esp- me controller system and said he paid $300 for it and I asked if that would include labor which of course it didn't. . I took a picture of it and looked the system up on amazon while he was out front and found the same one for less than a $100. When he realized i wouldn't replace my controller, the attittude of the transaction completely changed. I tried calling Milllecreek twice after the work was done and no one picked up. Won't be using these people again.. He did 5 minutes of work and said he charged me for only a half hour much of that time spent trying to sell the new controller.

Millcreek Sprinkler is always customer-focused and professional. But today was beyond exceptional. I called into the office and explained the situation. Lydia checked with Geromie and he and Ben were finishing up a job nearby so they were here within an hour. They dug down to bury the wire deeper, repaired the wire and reinforced it, used some stones from my yard to cover the wire and then filled in the hole with the dirt they had dug up and a bag of topsoil I had on hand. Then they checked the entire system to make sure all was well and found a couple filters that needed replacing. I am an incredibly happy customer right now. I highly recommend Millcreek Sprinkler to anyone in need of sprinkler installation or repair. They are top notch.

They did a good job. But it seemed to me it would have been more efficient if they would have checked for leaks in the system, before they buried the sprinkler heads and pipes. When they turned it on for the first time, there was a big gushing leek. They of course dug it up and fixed it, but it makes me wonder if there were any small leaks they missed and we just didn't see.

I scheduled an appointment and then--my mistake--double scheduled another company, which came before this one. I did not remember to cancel this appointment because I had no knowledge of the 48 hour cancellation policy, nor did I have any confirmation email or phone call to confirm that the service was still scheduled and needed. I was charged for a house visit. When I called for a confirmation that I had indeed made an appointment, I received a very condescending phone call. I am happy to pay for the visit that I did not cancel, but I would have appreciated 1) a confirmation email or phone call, 2) information about the cancellation policy upfront, and 3) not being talked down to when I pushed back on being charged.

They were terrific but the problem was not with the stop and waste as I had supposed. The problem was a leak in the main water line to the house. This required a licensed plumber to complete, so Millcreek couldn't do this work. However, there were prompt, knowledgeable, hard working, gave valuable advice and the payment was in line with what the had to do.

Excellent service. Reasonable prices, efficient and reliable. Will definately will use them again.

They arrived on time, and were good at communicating the issues. They worked efficiently and the price was fair. I had a dead bush that had grown into a sprinkler line and they cut it down and cut in smaller pieces.

The day Geromie came to consult he found our sprinkler system had a pressure regulator on it which needed to be removed. He said this would solve our pressure problems, which it did. He checked out the non-working station and found a leak (the pipe was shattered). Our old rainbird heads were ineffective and difficult to adjust (for the lay person) and he recommended K-Rain heads which we chose to have replaced (our choice). They were able to fix our system within 10 days. They came on time were fast, efficient and friendly. The work was completed in two hours. Our sprinkler system works and its awesome.

After using a number of different companies and handymen over 15 years, Millcreek Sprinkler finally solved a number of problems that the others had created or not fixed correctly! Jeremy & Ben came out this morning. They worked quickly and efficiently, and solved each & every problem. Most importantly, they modified or changed each watering section to maximize correct watering times accord to lawn, grass, trees, or garden area. They answered all our questions and gave us suggestions, as well as a written list of the stations, watering times, electrical wire colors, etc. We highly recommend them! They are very busy, but are well worth waiting for - just schedule ahead.
