First of all, they were amazingly responsive, especially considering this is prime "get your sprinklers working" time. I got a call back same day (I called on a Wednesday afternoon) and they scheduled me for the next Monday. i was expecting over a week wait time, so I was very excited about that. They came at the time they said they would--gave me a call first to let me know they were 20 minutes away. The woman who called me back was very nice and friendly. She made me feel like a very important customer, even though my service call would be a small one for them. The man who came was very friendly and explained what he was doing all the time. He got the sprinkler timer working, then checked all the sprinkler heads to make sure they were watering where they were supposed to. I had one "geyser" that he replaced for me. He was very thorough, but got it done in a short time. I would definitely use Millcreek Sprinkler again!

First met Geromie and AJ after I just moved into my house, and the old system sprung a leak and flooded the street. They immediately took the emergency call and fixed the problem. They then fixed a second emergency when I pick-axed through another hose that was connected directly to my water line (not to code). I choose them to install a new system as they were so responsive and competent. They may be slightly more expensive initially but it has been WELL worth it. They have come to my house to answer questions, fix hoses/pipes I have broke during our remodel, and most important they worked with our landscaper to ensure our plants were getting the exact right amount of water they need. Geromie walked me through how to use our irrigation timer and did a great job of installing it in our detached garage. Overall he ended up doing way more work then I thought I was going to get and got water to every corner of my property. Geromie also gives clients a free spring turn-on then winter blow-out and shutoff for the first season. I highly recommend Millcreek Sprinkler and I will use them every year to maintain my system.

Millcreek Sprinkler Service returned my initial phone call without delay and I was able to get on their schedule the next day.. Work was performed by Cory. He did a great job. He identified the problems in my sprinkler system quickly and went right to work. He was friendly and professional. He had all of the parts needed to repair my sprinkler system with him in his trailer. The price charged was very affordable.

They were punctual, accurately diagnosed the problem, and repaired the problem. they know what they are doing and are very responsive.

It went great! They showed up on time, put a tarp down to protect my lawn, cleaned up when they were done and made the whole system easier to repair in the future with high flow valves and threaded attachments. The whole job was significantly cheaper than the over the phone estimate and they were done in a few hours; which I did not expect. The hardest part was playing phone tag with the woman who answers the phone. It is a cell phone and she is often out of the office and can't schedule things right away.

I have been searching for 18 years for a good dependable sprinkler repair company. Gerome is extremely dependable, comes when he says he will, and does excellent work. Very honest. I own rentals as well and have had him do work on both my rentals and my personal residence. I’m so happy I found his company from now on.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Millcreek Sprinkler. I was leaking large amounts of water into the street from my stop waste valve and two handymen could not stop after working it for an hour. In desperation I called Millcreek Sprinkler after seeing them on Angie's List and they had a tech, AJ, out in no time. It took him all of 15 minutes to shut the two rusty valves that were causing the problem. Amazing sprinkler repair!! He was there 45 min after I called in an emergency! He brought the specialty equipment needed and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and repair the issue at much less of a cost than we had expected for an emergency call. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. We will never call anyone else!!

They arrived on time and kept the area clean as they worked. There was a problem with the timer. They returned to adjust the watering times. The cycles still weren't working properly. Mr. Clavell researched the timer and found that it had been recalled. He installed a new timer and now the lawn looks GREAT! We will use Millcreek Sprinkler again.

The whole crew showed up about 8:30 a.m and began work. They worked through lunch and left around 2:00 due to a thunderstorm. They came back on Tuesday and completed the work. The crew was focused and professional, they got the work done and checked to make sure all sprinklers were working properly. They put in a new timer and showed me how to work it.. They removed the lawn before digging the trenches, and put it back when they were through. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were friendly, and respectful. They will follow up this year by winterizing and then summarizing in the spring at no charge. To have this service from then on is reasonable priced. I am very happy with the results.

They were on time; performed job quickly; very professional job; price was much lower than expected.

They were great guys. First of all, they were prompt. They were really friendly to both me and my loud, annoying dog. They were very efficient with their time. The only reason I gave them a B on response time is because they had no available appointments for 2 weeks. We should have been patient and waited for them to save us a lot of grief with trying to fix stuff with another person. I am sure they are so busy because they are so good. Next year I will call earlier in the season before I really need them!

Overall I was pleased with how fast they got it done. Felt the labor charges were fair. $70 per hour per man. I felt overcharged on parts, $350 was ridiculous. But they did it fast and did it right.

Worked on my list of problem sprinkler heads and some additional ones that were plugged. Completed the service in about one hour.

Leave a message, a live person may not answer. But they will get back to you. Scheduled the service about 10 days out, they were pretty busy. Showed up 11:30am on the dot. NIce! Could not find the 'missing control box either, ( would have had to rent some special equipment costing maybe $100+ to rent to locate valve). Proposed a perfectly viable alternative to cover the unwatered area. Whole job including trying to find the missing valve box, and relocating a sprinkler head position took only an hour. So for $79, parts and labor, my problem was solved! Very pleased! Have already recommended them to a friend. Although when I used the 10% Labor Discount thing, he calculated it wrong and instead of $7 off, got only $2 off the hourly rate. However, for what he was able to do and how friendly and helpful he was it was no big deal at all. Will definitely use them again in the future.
