We had Millcreek Sprinkler before so we knew about their service.

They returned my call quickly, showed up promptly and did the work for what I consider a reasonable price. They have done a couple things for me so far and I have no intention of calling anyone else as ling as they're around.

The guy came out two times and I paid $250 for the services. I found him because he was advertising special on Angie's List for three sprinklers check-ups. He was charging $60 for three sprinklers checkups. I was really impressed because he came on the Memorial Day around 7'o clock at night. He was here till dark. He was a very courteous guy. I felt bad that he was working till 8'o clock at night and he hadn't been home yet. I gave him something to eat and he appreciated it. I did ask him for the old valve heads back because I could use them again and he offered to wash that all for me. I said that was fine. I am sure if I hadn't asked them back; he would have taken them and used them somewhere else. The only thing I am concerned about is that there is a little corner that doesn't quite get enough water on it. He just kind of looked at it, the second time he came back. It was just a little brown spot. He really did try and it was a long day. He did come back one other time because I was concerned that side was still brown after he did the first check and that's when he changed all the heads out and everything. It cost a lot of money to go ahead and have him do that, but it didn't make a big difference. One thing that I am little concerned about is that a lot of water goes into the gutters. I felt that he could have probably done the sprinklers on the other side and it would have been less water in the gutter, but I think he was in a hurry. He has to come back and fix the brown spot.

Very good about scheduling and coming on time. He communicated clearly and was easy to work with. Carefully marked the sprinklers that needed work. Explained everything that he did and what needed to be fixed.

Millcreek Sprinkler, I think it was Gerome, came to check out my system in just a few days from when I called them. He was punctual and I felt he was fair and honest. I had had some work done with a different company several years ago (pre Angie?s list) and was not impressed. In fact the former sprinkler guy did not ground the control box properly and had left some wires exposed. After inspecting and testing we scheduled the work to be done a couple days later. I had a number of problems- valves, sprinkler heads, and electrical, and he fixed all of them. I highly recommend them and will probably have him come out again in the spring just to keep things running smoothly.

I have never had such a great looking lawn. For years I had spots where the sprinklers were not effective and those are all now nice grassy areas.

The work was effective and efficient. I will use them again.

The service man called me explained situation and everything was good.

It went o.k. oerall. I needed a sprinkler head repaired but he was unable to fix it because it was galvanized steel and he oly serviced pvc plastic.

Excellent service, performed on time and for a very reasonable price considering the amount of work performed. This firm also provided subsequent winterization of my sprinkling system for a modest price using powerful equipment. They are the best at what they do. I highly recommend them. They will do any and all of my future sprinkler system work.

The guys arrived on time and completed the work professionally. They took the time to explain my system to me. They are going to reach out to me in the spring for maintenance and reconnecting the sprinklers. Great service.

We had just purchased the house, so we didn't know anything about the system. We asked that they check all the spray heads and ensure there weren't any leaky hoses and that the entire yard was being watered. We felt they were a little rushed at the first visit. After the first visit we found a couple of spots in the yard that were not getting watered and we were not told how to use the sprinkler. However, when we called and said we were not totally satisfied, they came out again, spent a little more time and we were quite happy.

Great companyh, showed up when they said they would. Estimate right on with no suprises, infact they did more work without charge. I will definatly use them again

The owner was very courteous and professional. The person he sent out was very knowlegable and professional, too, however, a few things were not quite right, and he became a little impatient when I called him back twice.

Good service, very professional. The only problem was that they were extremely booked, hard to get a hold of and agree on a time. However, after they got there, very good service and the system has worked flawlessly all sommer.

Great experience. Responded within 24 hours and came out within 48 hours of my original call, which was fine because it wasn't extremely urgent. They were very professional and gave me a few options of varying cost, including different caveats of each option. They were flexible in helping come up with these different options. They were also very careful to limit damange to my grass and cleaned up and replaced the sod very well. I wouldn't think of using anyone else for future sprinkler issues.

I just wanted to praise them for coming within an hour to repair my problem and the very quick service and absolutely fair price charged. I cannot praise them enough for their promptness and friendly service. Anyone who doesn't use them is missing out on one of the few companies who are great to work with.
