Millcreek Sprinkler

I appreciate how professional this company is. After leaving a message with another company and never receiving a call back, I left a message with Millcreek Sprinklers. The call was returned within an hour and an appointment was scheduled the same day for an estimate. Geromie showed up exactly when he said he would to perform the estimate and also when he returned a few days later. The total price ended being under the estimate and my sprinkler system works better than it ever has since I purchased my house. I would definitely recommend Millcreek Sprinklers to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

I had not used these people before so had no previous experience with them. its 100 degree outdoors and I have no way to water. Also a holiday is very near-they went out of their way to get someone here to help. My own people (ex) couldn't come for days TOO BUSY . Millcreek also was too busy but somehow called me back and was able to come. AJ came and did an excellent job- he had no problem seeing what the problem was repaired it quit quickly (remember it's 100 outside ). I know these people went out of their way to give excellent service (which is un usual nowadays) I plan to use them from now on. They also were very fair with the price.

I had a leak or blockage that I couldn't figure out. The employee (Sean) listened and observed the issues and did the needed work. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm pleased.

The repair guy was exactly on time for our appt, and even called ahead. He worked hard the entire time to make sure he didn't overcharge me and, for the amount of work I had him do, I thought he was very fairly priced. We had an entire row of sprinklers that didn't work at all and he dug them up, unclogged and fixed each one. Then he adjusted or replaced the rest of the sprinklers in the lawn and got them all working well. He also gave some great advice about how often to water and for how long to make sure the roots are strong and the grass is healthiest. I would highly recommend these guys. A pleasure to work with professionals like this.

It went very well. They were able to schedule the work for the day after I called. AJ came when we were told he would. He fixed the leak in a few minutes. The new tree lawn heads are much better than the ones we've had there for 12 years. And I'm delighted to be able to use the flower box in the future. I felt he did a very good job at a very reasonable cost.

It went very well. Sean explained the problems I was having, fixed each and improved sprinkler coverage for my lawn and garden areas. I was delighted with their prompt service since another company had said they could not come for a week and would have charged much more for their services. I would use Millcreek Sprinklers again in a heartbeat.

A.J. came on time and quickly assessed the sprinkler system in my yard. He flagged the areas needing work and got right to work fixing them. He was willing to use parts I had already purchased, which saved me a lot of money. He worked quickly and did a great job! I will definitely call Millcreek Sprinkler Service again when/if I need help with my system.

He goes above and beyond to make sure you happy with what we did. He is reasonably priced and very nice young man. He seems to know what he’s doing. I’m pleased with what he’s done. He really tries to keep the cost down.

Very well. I am happy with the work except in one area. In the back there are dry spots not getting watered. I went back to check it out. One area the head comes up but does not spray any water. The other area I don't know what the problem is. I need them to come back and check it out. I would have caught it earlier but I have not been home when the sprinklers come on.

Very satisfied with work done. Yard is now getting much better water coverage . Was very responsive to a sprinkler that would not shut down. Called in the late afternoon and he arrived within hours.

They arrived for first appointment and rescheduled for a second appointment once they knew the scope or extent of the job. The person was 1 1/2 hours late and needed to reschedule to do the complete job. Overall, about three weeks were wasted waiting and scheduling. Sorry to have had this experience as I liked them last year.

Geromie and his assistant did a great job! I previously hired about two others from a local classified ad to fix the same problem and another big contractor gave me an outrageous quote that required what I realized now were otherwise needless repairs and a waste of money. Geromie and his assistant worked fast and fixed the whole backyard sprinkler system within three hours. They also fixed the front yard sprinklers that were busted or out of alignment. I now have a nice green lawn front and back! I also called Geromie to turn on and check my sprinkler system last month, and I will be calling him always for my lawn sprinkler needs.

In spite of it being the busy time of year for sprinkler services, my call was returned promptly, and they were able to fit me into their schedule fairly quickly. When I read that they might not work on the old galvanized steel, I panicked and called them back to cancel. They were very nice and made arrangements for the actual owner to come and take a look at my system anyway. Even though he was only there for a short time, he helped make suggestions and then Shawn was able to find a way to patch up the system. He was not able to complete repairs right then, so he got me in very soon to finish the job. Better yet--it rained the day after he finished!

I DON'T THINK THEY'RE IN BUSINESS AT ALL........................ I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE ALL OF THESE GREAT RATINGS ARE COMING FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WATER ON MY LAWN FOR A WEEK BECAUSE I SAID I WOULD WAIT FOR THEM FOR THIS APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF ALL OF THESE HIGH RATINGS ON HERE. They missed our original appointment without warning and arrived late to our rescheduled appointment. They were appropriately apologetic. Didn't respond promptly to email; phone was better. Technician was friendly and spent the day at my house.

It took a little doing to get a hold of Jeromy, but in all fairness I contacted him at the peak of the season. He was apologetic that he couldn't get a hold of me sooner and we made an appointment for the sixth of May between 3:30 and 4:00. The day of service Jeromy showed up at 3:40. I was very pleased with his punctuality, especially considering his work load. He quickly went to work and found that no repairs were needed this time. I had him shut down and blow out the lines durring the fall, which considering the winter we had, that turned out to be a wise decision. He carefully cycled each station to make sure all heads were functioning properly. He informed me that the company that installed my system used the wrong type of heads for my watering needs and suggested another type. He said I could find these heads at my local hardware store and install them myself. That was helpful and suggested that he wasn't just trying to pad the bill. Jeromy also advised me to increase my watering time on the front lawn and showed me how to set the control box. He also gave me some tips on what type of fertilizer to use.

We are very pleased with them. They did a good job. We are actually going to call them back to extend our sprinkler system. They are also reasonably priced, and they come on-time when they are supposed to.

fWent really well. Very knowledgeable and does great work. The only negative is they are not very good about returning phone calls and voice mails. I had to call and leave messages three times over the course of 2 weeks to schedule an appt.
