Millcreek Sprinkler

It went well. Serviceman was prompt, efficient. I had the system serviced for new owners. I did not use it again myself.it was also 6 months ago so I am not sure how much I paid. It was reasonable.

IT WORKED WELL FOR A WHILE THEN I STARTED HAVING SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LAWN. I CALLED AND HE WAS THERE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. MY YARD HAS NOT LOOKED THIS GOOD IN YEARS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. I COULD NOT AFFORD FOR HIM TO DO MY BACK YARD, BUT I WILL CALL HIM EARLY IN THE SPRING TO DO IT FOR ME THIS YEAR. TOTALLY TRUST HIM. HE SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Millcreek is our sprinkler guy. Growing up, my dad would curse and grown every spring when it was time start watering the lawn. We've decided to forego that frustration and let Millcreek handle it for us! They tune up our system every spring, align the heads, make sure the pipes survived the cold weather And they stop by every fall to blow the lines and winterize our system as needed. They're responsive to appointment requests and can usually fit you in their schedule pretty quick!! Their prices are generally better than other companies in the area. It seems like there should be more to say because we're so pleased with Millcreek's service!

Geromie called to remind me that it is time for the sprinkler system to be winterized. I really appreciated the fact that he is on top of the needed work to be done (because I'm not) and called me, so I decided to get it done. Geromie is always my "go-to" guy for any sprinkler problems and concerns ever since he fixed my sprinkler system a while back - after I wasted so much time and money on other providers, and prior to becoming a member of Angie's List. There was one time, too, last year that we had an emergency late in the afternoon, but he came by past his work hours to fix it. I'm happy to see that a lot of other people appreciate him. And the B rating that I gave him for the price? Geromie, you charged me more than the other guy!

Called and left message. Geromie called me right back. Have me a quote over the phone for both winterization and spring turn on. They own their own compressor (some do not) so they were able to blow the system out still. He was able to fit me in the same day which was great seeing as winter had already started. Scheduled his guy to come out around 2. Received a call from Sean at 2 saying he was on his way. Sean was nice and quick. Of note, they were able to fit in my mom as all as we both lost our sprinkler guy. Geromie says they keep a client list to call to schedule both the winterization a and spring turn ins which is great!

I had already diagnosed my stop and waste valve as leaking. Millcreek sprinkler validated the problem. They were extremely responsive to voice mails, showed up on time, and came right in on the estimate as far as price. I was perhaps most impressed that they were very careful not to disturb our mature landscaping; that is, the stop and waste valve is about 3 feet underground, requiring quite a bit of digging and piles of dirt. I was not here to witness the work, but when I returned home to inspect the work, I could hardly tell that anything had been done as the yard was returned to normal. Clearly it had as a nice new working valve was in place.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired all the breaks.

Called back immediately, came on time, fixed everything fast, was very friendly, courteous . Called afterwards to check.

Millcreek Sprinkler owner, Mr. Geromie Clavell is excellent in what he does, and how he operates all aspects of his business! He is now taking care of not only my residental property in Sandy, UT., but now I have him doing the same service at my father-in-laws property in Midvale, Utah. (I wish a buness I could have him run for me!!!)

Millcreek was the 4th sprinkler company to work on our system in the previous 2 years. They were the 1st to be able to completely diagnose and fix all issues. The technician was very competent, professional and worked diligently until everything was working right. We have a large older system with 16 valves which has challenged previous technicians. Often they would fix one issue and another would surface a week later. I am confident in Millcreek's work and their guarantee. I will definitely use them again.

Jeremy (owner) showed up on time 1 day after I called. Our sprinkler system in the new house (we closed on 8/20/2013) almost flooded the whole garden 4 days later. I had the water shut off with a plumber at night but called Jeremy to on board the whole system. He was punctual, professional and polite. He spent the whole afternoon on-boarding the sprinkler system. He also repaired two underground lines that were ruptured by the stump grinder who was working while he was there!! He had to shut off the sprinkler system for 24 hours. He came back on Saturday morning to turn it back on, covered the repaired lines and tested the whole system again. He was really polite and very professional. I am going to have him back for winterizing the sprinklers in 1 month. Overall five stars. THe one thing that was overlooked was that he forgot to give me the angieslist discount but I am sure that he will do that in the next service. Highly recommended!!

This whole experience is how you want all such experiences to go. I put a call in to set a time for Millcreek Sprinkler Service to come and give me a bid for the work I needed to be done, on a Wednseday and the person who answered was able to set an appointment with me for that Friday, with Geromie Clavell, the owner of MSS. Geromie arrived on time, and gave me a complete written bid for all of the work I wanted done right there, after spending time to figure out where all the existing sprinkler heads were, and checking where our valves were, and measuring the area that we wanted to sod. He also was willing to look at the sod information that I had found, and supplied me with the information of the two sods with which he likes to work, from Biograss. Because his was that last bid that I had received, I was able to tell him that I wanted him to do the work, and because we are going to have to put our house on the market soon, I needed someone who could get the sod in quickly. Geromie told me that he was available in one week, and we set the time for him to come on the following Friday. I had inadvertently double booked the time that he was to arrive, with a doctors appointment, so I let him know, by phone message, that I wouldn't be back until noon, (he was scheduled to arrive with the sod at 9:30 am), and I would see him then. I received a followup phone message from his office, so that I knew he had my information. (Communication was excellent throughout this whole process.) He had already told me that he would have another person helping him, and that it would take the day. When I arrived home, at 12:10 pm, they had not only finished leveling the yard (which is as far as I had expected them to be), but all of the drip system was laid with the approximately 30 or so emitters, all of the sprinkler heads for the sod area where positioned and leveled, and almost all of the sod was completely, and beautifully laid. They were completely done by 1:30, and gave me all the special watering instructions for the particular sod that we got, to get it established, and how we should take care of it from here out, including the fall fertilizing. I would strongly recommend Geromie Clavell, and his work to anyone looking to have sprinkler and/or sod work done. It was a pleasure.

Rerouted my leaking sprinkler system from under the deck, fixed two leaking areas and replaced a sprinkler head. Very responsive, courteous, timely, explained the issues well. Great experience.

They were on time and knowledgeable and warned me ahead of time that they would not be the cheapest bid. Ultimately I decided to go with a different company whose bid was only $400 cheaper than Millcreek I just felt a better connection with the principal of the other company.

He did everything and I have since referred two other people to him and had him back to add a system for me and do continuing service. I will continue to use him when ever I need any sprinkler work as well as refer him to friends.

Geremy did an excellent job. We will definitely call him in the future for all of our sprinkler work. We recently moved into a newer house with quite a bit of grass only to quickly find out the sprinklers were not working in three of the zones. Geremy was very knowledgeable and patient and tried several different options to get the sprinkler system working properly again. We ended up deciding to go ahead and replace with some newer and better equipment to solve the existing problems in the system. Unfortunately, the real issue was the whole sprinkler system was damaged by complete neglect by the previous owner of our home. Geremy was honest and a very hard worker. Also he went above and beyond by loaning us his equipment (sprinkler timer box) for several days to keep our sprinklers at least running until he solved the issues. We would highly recommend him and will use him again. Great knowledge, great guy, and honest prices for all his hard work!

It was an amazing experience. They were on time and it was just a really quick problem and he fixed it without charging me.

It was good. We had a good experience with them. They didn't quite get the problem the first time but they came promptly out the next couple of times until we finally got it fixed so we appreciated their prompt response. It took three time to get it fixed. However, they did come in promptly. They worked at it until they got it. I personally think they did a great job.

It fixed a small part of the problem.

This was my second service call in 2013 with Millcreek Sprinkler. On both occasions the service was fast, friendly and efficient!

I called after hours and left a message. I was called the early the next morning and we set up an appointment. There were 2 service techs and they got the job done within 4 hours. They turned the water off to do the job and told us not to turn the water on for 24 hours. Unfortunately my curb key wasn't long enough to reach the valve to turn the water on. I called the office and left a message. One of the techs called me back and told what kind of end I needed on the Curb Key. I bought a 6' curb key the next day and turned on the water. Hooray!! it worked except I could only get station 3 and station 6 to work. I called again on Saturday and they called me back-sent out another tech and rewired my controller at no charge. (I guess I had wired it wrong) Their responsiveness was impressive even during a busy time of the year.

Showed up on time, completed the job as promised. I'm well pleased with their service.
