They did a great job - were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They did what they said they would do and charged accordingly. We highly recommend Millcreek Sprinklers.

I hired Millcreek Sprinkler in June 2012 to tune-up my sprinkler system, which generally worked ok but had some coverage issues that had created a few dry spots in my lawn. They quoted $50 for a sprinkler tune-up, which seemed reasonable. They spent about an hour adjusting sprinklers and changed out a few sprinkler nozzles (not the actual sprinler heads, just the nozzles). After they were finished, they gave me a bill for $120. When I asked why the bill was higher than the quoted price, they explained that the $50 was just for an evaluation, but didn't include any labor or materials. If that's the case, fine, but they should disclose that up front. Not wanting to argue with the guys who did the work (who were clearly not the owners), I just paid the bill thinking I could work something out with the owner. However, when I called and spoke with Geromie, he refused to reduce the bill at all. He actually told me that "if they only charged $50 for a sprinkler tune-up they'd go out of business." No Kidding. Then why are they quoting $50 for a sprinkler tune-up? As frustrating as that was, I let it go because the extra $70 just wasn't worth the hassle. However, I finally decided to write a review because I have spent the last two summers trying to undo what they "fixed". The adjustments they made didn't improve the sprinkler coverage at all; my lawn still has the same dry spots as it did two years ago. Even worse, they stripped out the allen-head adjustment screws on several of my rotor sprinklers so that they can no longer be adjusted at all. Now I'm going to have to replace those sprinkler heads which will probably cost another $100 (more if I hire someone to do the work).

Found one broken sprinkler head, made a few adjustments and tweaks, cleaned the filters. System working well now.

They get an A on everything. I am a real estate agent and continue to use them and refer them to whoever I can. They are great.

Technician was prompt. He turned on my sprinkler system and said all was in working order. When I checked later I found two broken sprinkler heads that needed to be repaired. I called the office and they offered to send someone out to do it the next day. I opted to do it myself and had them refund my money.

Everything went well with them. They were on time and did a good job. They were efficient and I was happy with them.

It went quick and smoothly. I am impressed with the work completed. I do have a zone which isn't responding to the controller which I hope will be resolved shortly.

Geromie was great to work with. We got a good bid from them and the work was done the next day. They were professional and answered all of our questions. The final cost even came in under their bid! I would definitely recommend Millcreek Sprinkler.

Sean did an excellent job of 'fine tuning' my old sprinkler system. He found a break in one of the lines that i did not know about. That break was the cause of the low water pressure/output on several of my back yard heads....Sean was very thorough and timely.I will definitely be using the provider again in the fall to shut down my system and clear water out of the lines before the cold sets in...(which i was not doing) Thank you

A.J. arrived very close to his estimated arrival period so he could address some issues with our automatic sprinkler system which is old and was done DIY using inferior materials. We had initially called due to a broken valve (none of our valves looked great), but in the period between scheduling and his actual appointment we also found a pipe that was broken. A.J. worked quickly and efficiently. When he arrived he let us know that all 5 valves were in need of replacing and also let us know about the cost of a new timer to replace our ancient "Genie" variety. Since the system was clearly not in great shape, we agreed to all of the improvements. The quality of the materials (Hunter valves and timer) and the efficiency of the work were all very impressive and appreciated.

It was excellent. They were fast and efficient. The price was right. They were on time. They got the job done and cleaned up. We have used them before.

Sean did the sprinkler tune-up for $59 on 5/5/14. He found 6 heads/sprayers needing replaced. I also asked to have a filter installed because the system was on secondary water. The price quoted ended up being $536, instead of $370. He performed the work on 5/07/14. After the sticker shock and another issue, I was hot under the collar so I wrote a letter to Jeremy, the owner, to express my concerns. Then, when I went to turn the system back on (after glue dried), the water nailed me as it sprayed out of the filter cap. I was more upset, and I left both Jeremy and Sean a voice mail that I wanted the system fixed immediately. Sean promptly came out and fixed the filter cap by adding Teflon tape to it. Then, Jeremy responded by phone (left a message) and offered to come out to show me how to clean out the filter. We weren't able to meet due to our conflicting schedules, but I did call Sean back because one of the rotors wasn't getting water to a spot on the lawn. Sean responded, then came out on 5/22/14. He adjusted the rotor head and showed me how to clean the filter. Jeremy, the owner, was in contact with Sean at the time by phone. I told them both I was fine with everything, as long as they "do right by me", and I truly appreciated their service. I am a big stickler for pricing and quality, but the fact they made it right is good customer service. I had already recommended them to a friend earlier...who had them do a job for him, and I would use them again. Bottom line, I decided the good customer service and treating me right were things to vault them up into the A rating across the board. I am not sure how big their company is, but perhaps a future web page, along with an e-mail address and ability to schedule online would help them.

It has been a couple of years since I had Millcreek service my sprinkling system. They were prompt and efficient. Got the job done quickly. There were no major issues. Since the service call they have kept in touch by phone. If I need assistance in the future, I would call Millcreek first.

I used Millcreek Sprinkler last year for an emergency situation. Geromie was so great to work with that I decided to call him again this year to look at an area of lawn that wasn't receiving adequate coverage with my existing sprinklers. I anticipated adding new heads on a different section of the lawn, which would have required quite a bit of trenching. Instead Geromie recommend moving one head and installing a different kind of head that would cover more lawn. The cost was so much less than I expected, and the new heads cover every area of the lawn. Geromie is my go-to guy for sprinkler issues. I highly recommend Millcreek Sprinkler.

When I made an appointment I would be away for a while and so they squeezed me into their schedule a few days before they wanted to. Showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem. It is obvious that they really know their business. Will definitely use them again in the future.

It's hard to put into words how pleased we are with the great service we received from Millcreek Sprinkler! We recently moved into an older home and have been slowly working through all the repairs. When I discovered our sprinklers weren't working I decided to search Angie's list to find a provider that could do the repairs but most importantly show us how to operate our sprinkler system since we weren't provided with instructions by the previous owners. I chose Millcreek Sprinkler because they weren't far from our location and were at the top of Angie's review list. I knew I made the right choice from the moment I called. I was told their technicians were very busy and probably wouldn't be able to come out until May 8th but promptly received a call back stating the owner (Geromie) would be coming out on the upcoming Saturday (4/26). Geromie and Sean arrived early, were friendly, courteous and quick to identify and fix all the problems. Because of all the problems that were identified I was bracing for a high repair bill which would have been a hardship right now after all the other repairs we've been having done but Sean put my fears to rest saying he'd work quickly so the hourly costs would be lower. This tells me that Sean, Geromie and the rest of the crew at Millcreek Sprinkler care more about taking care of their customers than their bottom line! Heck, they even came out and did the job in the pouring rain! Sean was true to his word. He completed a four hour job in a couple of hours and didn't cut corners. He fixed everything and then took the time to show me how to operate our sprinkling system which is fairly complex with 9 zones and two controller boxes. He was also friendly, polite and didn't get annoyed with all of my questions. Thank you Geromie and Sean for the exceptional service, we'll definitely be calling on you again! Call these guys! Easy to deal with, efficient, cost was less than quoted price. One of very few companies I would recommend. Millcreed Sprnk. sorted out and repaired an old sprinkler zone mess. Gave competitve quotes and charged less than quoted price. Worked quickly. Showed up on time, answered questions, answered phone, thorough, didn't try to upsell or create additional work, No B.S. or headaches from this company(very rare) Gave some good advice too.

It was not an easy job. I don't remember how much it cost, but know that it was worth every penny. In September-October, I don't remember when, but they came back to the house to blow out the sprinkler line and get it ready for winter!
