Description of Work: Great customer service. They didn't fix one of the problems so I called and left a message after hours. He contacted me and fixed the issue (at no extra cost) first thing the next morning.

Description of Work: Geromie did a great job on our sprinklers. He replace a backflow preventer for us and helped us get the system running for the year. Very fast, very responsive, and very professional. I will definitely be using him again.

Description of Work: Sean from Millcreek was very prompt to return my call. This is the busy season for them and I could not get an appt for 2 weeks. Sean did cal and say he would try to get me in earlier but it did not work out. I was able to get a friend to fix my problem so I cancelled the appt with Millcreek Sprinklers. I would use them in the future as they were prompt to return my calls.

Description of Work: These guys are good with sprinklers but don't have them landscape. I gave Jeremy a take it or leave it number matching another quote because I wanted him to have the business. It was his choice to accept or refuse the work and there was another willing and interested party to do so if he passed. It entailed plant removal, tree trimming and light landscaping. He did work on the cheap and then took exception to my dissatisfaction. Instead of using topsoil he used dirt and instead of buying coverage growth, he took some shabby weeds from someone else's yard. After I took exception, he was a diva. Now I have to remove the rock hard dirt and start over. The worst part is they've serviced my sprinklers for several years and won't return my phone calls. We all have the right to choose who we do business with but this whole scenario has been very amateurish - particularly since I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years.

Description of Work: Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and go with Millcreek. After a frost last fall, our back flow thingy burst. We called Millcreek and they came out the next day, blew out the lines and got us ready for winter. This spring we called to have them get us ready for summer. When Geromie (sp?) came out he remembered our issue and had the new back flow device ready to install. In short, he installed that device, replaced some sprinkler heads and some drip heads for potted plants. He is just the best. On time, professional and expert. Cost $321.00 including lots of labor and parts.

Description of Work: I had this company come out to give me an estimate on getting some sprinkler heads replaced and a dripline installed on the side of my garage. Also I asked for an estimate to put a sprinkler system at the side of my house that currently has none. As well, I asked what it would cost to get a new timer for the sprinkling system. I had been quoted $300 for a new timer once before and was happy to hear that his company would install one for $100. However, I got busy traveling and didn't get back to them over the summer and never had the work done, but I thought the prices quoted were very good. I will call them next summer. My only concern was that the man who came out to give the quote was kind of sweaty and his appearance could have been better in my opinion, But you could definitely tell that he had been hard at work that day.

We are from out of state and are clueless about sprinkler systems and now our lawn has never looked so good! Very honest, very fair. Would recommend to everyone.

Description of Work: He repared a sprinkler valve very quickly and efficiently. then he traced a broken wire for another valve in the box which has not worked correctly in 8 years. He had the right equipment and again very quickly and efficiently located and fixed the problem. I was very iimpressed. Would recommend him to anyone who has sprinkler problems.

Description of Work: We called Millcreek sprinklers out this spring for a system tune up after we were disatisfied with another company. Geromie and his team came out on time and walked through our system with me, replacing some defective heads and showing me how to do it on my own. Their pricing was very reasonable. Last week one of my stations would not turn off and ran continuously. I shut off the irrigation line and called Geromie. We talked about potential isseus and he gave me an estimate on expected costs depending on the issue. W/hen he came out he discovered that it was a simple problem with one of my control boxes, showed me how to fix it, and didn't charge a thing. I'm definitely going to call again if another issue comes up and refer him to friends.

Description of Work: I called Millcreek Sprinkler because I needed my outdated spinkler box and system checked out and updated. I had to call a few times and leave a message but they got back to me promptly and even though they said their schedule was full they managed to fit me into they're schedule in a very resonable time. They came out and assessed my sprinkler system and found that multiple sprinkler heads needed to be replaced as well as the sprinkler box that was 30 yrs old was fried and needed to be replaced. After there inital assessment, they gave me a reasonable estimate of the work needed to be done and stayed and did the work that night. They had all the equipment with them, including the new sprinkler box and everything was done in one visit. They were very professional and did quality work. I will definatley use them again.

I went to Ace Hardware, picked up a few parts and my sprinklers worked again. Geromie saved me $100+. I can't recall the last time someone did that. INCREDIBLE. I'd recommend him to anyone.
