Description of Work: We called in the morning when we had water on our floor. They were polite and said that they had a full schedule but could probably get us in the afternoon. Not only did they get us in but they kept us advised as to when they would be here, they were in and out in about an hour, and they cleaned up everything. Can't say enough good about this folks - especially when one is in a pinch.

Description of Work: Tried to clear a storm drain. Cleared a major section of the pipe, but could not go past a certain point. He was not sure if he hit a boulder or large tree root. It helped the drainage, but did not completely solve the problem. We will probably have to excavate to determine where the problem exists. The company bills at $128.00 per hour, but did honor Angie's discount.

Description of Work: He came out to do an estimate, he told us a lot of work needed to be done, but he didn't offer to help at all or give us any kind of referral of someone who could, it was a waste of time

Description of Work: Fixed some plugged toilets. Showed up on tome. Did a great job. We were worried it was more than it actually ended up being, but they found and removed the plug and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: We had to get a new toilet tank and my husband didn't have the time to go to a place and get one and put it on so we had him do it which he did have to charge us for his time to run to the plumbing store and get one and put it on. He told us it would be cheaper if we did it but like I said we had a ton of things to do that day so we didn't mind paying for his time to run and get that.

Description of Work: They fixed our stop & waste valve. We got 3 bids, on what we originally thought was our main pipe to the house that had busted due to the history on the street. What I loved about Dave Passey Plumbing is that the guy they sent out did an initial look, (the others did not, rather simply went by what I thought giving us a huge bid), and told us he felt strongly it was our stop & waste valve instead of the entire pipe. It went from an approximately $3,000+ job to a little less than $800. My only complaint is that for another part of the job we requested (due to Superior Water giving us wrong advice that we must have a pressure valve on the house), when the plumber came out he checked the pressure saying we were more than fine. He went ahead and charged us $75 just for coming out to the house. I just felt that considering the big job we just paid for a few days prior that $75 was a bit much. I think something more around $30 for the 10 minute visit would have been more appropriate. I would use them again, though.

Description of Work: We had water running through our ceiling downstairs and from the water heater in the utility room. Dave Passey Plumbing was thorough in their assessment and gave me the estimated cost upfront. The leak was stopped (upstairs washroom), two toilets had the flushing mechanisms replaced, shower head was tightened and a new water heater and over flow tank were installed to replace the leaking over flow tank and 15 year old water heater. I am very happy with the services provided and total cost.

Description of Work: 1-camera inspection of main line. 2-replace drain pipe for dishwasher, washing machine, sinks. 3-jackhammer basement floor and replace 20 feet of pipe then replace the cement in the basement floor. 4-dig up street and replace nose connection to Midvale main sewer line. All the workers were fantastic, and so far things are working great.
