Quick efficient replacement of valve. Suprised how quickly work was completed

Dave has been helping us for years. From minor faucet issues to replacing water heaters to when we remodeled our kitchen in our new home. Dave has been there and has gotten it right the first time. His men are clean cut. They look trustworthy. They also clean up after themselves quite well. Something most others contractors don’t do. Nice work Dave!

Pleased that Dave Passey fit me into the schedule for Saturday morning. His repairman called before arriving in 15 minutes. Repaired one outdoor faucet that I struggled to shut off the water flow without hand tightening about 5 times (he replaced the interior parts of the hose bib, from only the outside). I also showed the technician my other hose bib which had a lot of forceful water drain out when I initially turned on this older bib (he promptly repaired this one the same way). Total time working on the two hose bibs was ~30 minutes. Very pleased with their work.

Had a 30 year old water heater go out, started to leak at the bottom. Dave Passey Plumbing gave me a quote over the phone and were able to schedule me very quickly. Work was done professionally, workers were clean, polite--and the price was right. Had other companies make bids. Had one company that estimated the job at $1,600.00, another at $1,550.00. Dave's bid was $935.00, which also included a reserve water tank that had to be installed due to new plumbing code regulations. Have had Dave Passey Plumbing do work for me in the past, and I've always been well satisfied. Would recommend this company to my neighbors, relatives and friends.

Perfectly! The plumber from Dave Passey Plumbing arrived on time, installed the toilet in a very timely manner and was very polite and professional.

The cost of the warranty replacement was roughly half of the original installation. I don't find any comfort in getting a 6-year warrantied appliance that has to be replaced every 2 years. I would be happier with better quality equipment. We are an average size family with average usage. The service tech noted that they are cheaper labor than their competitors which I did not verify. The point though is that I am after minimizing the number of water-heater replacements not finding the cheapest to install. There has to be better quality water-heaters out there. Please use them or offer them. Our previous hot water heaters all lasted 6-10 years. I am not pleased with the Bradford White equipment.

The owner, Dave, made phone contact prior to arrival. Dave performed the work himself. The metal nut that inadvertently dropped in was lodged tight, and was not coming up with his assorted tools, but Dave successfully was able to dis-lodge the nut and it went down the pipe. He tried many options to avoid replacement of our disposal, thankfully. On the Kitchen Faucet, Dave successfully replaced the O-rings and the cartridge on a Moen faucet, and no more leaking now. Dave has a very pleasant personality, and I would use his services again. Thanks to Dave. [Dave noted he has two other plumbers, one drain cleaner, and a back-hoe guy also working for him.]

Josh was here as planned. He looked at the issue and indicated due to the placement of the drain and furnace he would not be able to "unplug" it without major remodeling work (jackhammering a new location for the drain and attaching to house sew line and cleanup. Probably removal of a wall if not more as well.

They were very professional and worked quickly.

It was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. I called them at 8 am and they came by 12:45. It cost exactly what they quoted me on the phone. He was in and out in less than and hour. I had pre-drained the water heater which sped things up a little, but I was amazed at how efficient he was.

To be honest, I'm gonna give them all A's because the experience from beginning to end was excellent. It took about two hours for the work to be completed, and the workers were excellent. They were proficient, they did everything that we had talked about on the phone. They even answered some additional questions from my wife on how to install a second toilet at just a very nominal additional fee. The area was spotless after the job was completed.

His people were very helpful, and his prices was great. I would hire him any time.

When turning on my sprinkler system for the season the output side of the main supply was cracked at the valve. Thus preventing the system from being turned on without continuous leaking. As you can imagine I was in a bind: no water-dying landscape. The kicker is that the stop and waste valve is in the middle of a concrete driveway and at least four feet down. I called Dave and was told they could have a crew out the next day. The next day-amazing given this time of year and demand for sprinkler work. Sure enough two guys showed up around 8:00 AM (when they said they would) and got right to work. They said it would tear up too much of the driveway to use an excavator so they hand dug a two and half square hole foot hole around the valve. The soil was so saturated that they had to bail it out. It was deep enough that the only way the fix could be done was for one guy work head down in the hole while his partner held his legs so he couldn't fall in. They had the job buttoned up by 2:30 and the setup is much better than it was before. They fixed the leak, repaired the valve, and vastly improved access to it. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with them and Dave. I've used Passey in the past and have never been disappointed. I'm glad to write this review. Thumb way up.

It was easy to make an appointment; the installer was ready earlier than expected and the work of replacing and removing an old water heater was done efficiently and professionally. The guy was friendly and his work was clean.

Dave Passey Plumbing was responsive, worked well with my tenant, and did good work. I liked Dave's staff too, very good on the phone, good communication back and forth, and experienced. When I have plumbing work, they are my first call.

They quickly repaired both toilets within one hour and did not even bring up the possibility of needing a new toilet. I was very impressed with the service, quality, and price.

I had two toilets that were leaking. One was a leak at the inlet to the tank, and the other was the water valve that controlled the water coming from the house to the toilet. The water leak entering the tank was easily repaired, and on the second toilet the house water valve was replaced. The work was very efficiently and professionally done and the repair person was excellent .

I have used Dave Passey in the past and they are reliable, honest and punctual.

Repairman was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was quite a bit higher than I expected, even with my 10% discount. I am very satisfied with the work, but think I could have gotten a much better price from Angie's List.
