Description of Work: We had a leak in the basement. I found Dave Passey Plumbing on Angie's List and called them because they were highly rated. The plumber (I think his name was Cliff)came on Saturday but couldn't fix the leak because it was located between the duct work, and we needed to get an HVAC person to come in and remove the duct work. However, the plumber showed up early Monday morning to see what he could do because he worried all weekend about our not having running water. The work was done quickly and professionally. I have since recommended Dave Passey Plumbing to my son, who is remodeling a home.

Description of Work: This last summer we tackled a DIY project to have it crumble, literally. What should have been a quick switch out and upgrade of a toilet, turned into a crumbling nightmare. The pipe and sub floor under the toilet were unusable. We'd planned on tackling replacing another toilet ourselves, but the second toilet was a "no go" after the problems we ran into the first go. We were so shocked we turned off the water in that bathroom and walked away from the project. We called around and got a reputable big company to send out a plumber, he took a three minute look, pointed to an unlabeled price in a book, and quoted us a lot of money. A LOT. For AFTER we did ALL the none plumbing repair work ourselves. They're supposedly a great national company so we thought we might get a better deal if we found someone without the name brand overhead, but decided to revisit it. |We slowly got the floor part of the project done, we took our time and made sure to do it right. Kevin was recommended Angie's list. He found this company and was impressed with their reviews. He asked me to call, I hate making phone calls so I followed the "estimate" link on their page and shot them an email with a couple photos on Wednesday. They got back with me Thursday, and scheduled the plumber for Friday. |The plumber Josh came out and was on time, listened to my rapid fire explanation and expectations, communicated well, and because the new toilets we bought were very different from the old, he made sure I knew the difference and exactly why that was important before he installed them. He did it in half the time we expected. We ultimately paid 25% of the other quote for both toilet installs, including the travel charge, and because of their current promotion. We're SO VERY happy with the work and the new toilets. |Dave Passey Plumbing will be getting ALL of our plumbing jobs in the future.

Description of Work: they came out and told us we had the wrong items for the job. they told us where we could go and get the right items. After we got the right items, we called them and they were out the next day. Even when we had a leak after they came and fixed it.

Description of Work: Replaced two water heaters. Were very honest and reasonable priced. We appreciated their suggestions and prompt replied. We would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They fixed a leaky pipe. However, the water pressure has been weak ever since & I don't know what they did to affect that. |Also, they promised to come back and give me a quote on some work. I never heard from them again.
