Everything went well except they said they would be there in the AM and I had to call at 11:45 AM to see if they were coming and they did arrive within fifteen minutes. They should have called so I could have known what was going on.

My experience with them was great. They were good and polite. They had great quotes and showed good time management. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

This was a TEXTBOOK example of how EVERY plumber should operate. Josh's performance was flawless in every respect.

We had a tankless water heater that was exploding in large b**** of flame each day, that needed to be replaced, - for obvious reasons. I called DPP&H, and Dave himself was over to the house that same day. He was very kind, positive, and knowledgeable about comparing water heater type, usage expectations, and everything in between. Knowledge about the benifits / mechanics of tankless water heaters is scarce, and multiple companies told me they simply didn't service them at all, as they are uncommon here in Utah (sadly). When I spoke with Dave, he knew the ins and the outs of tankless heaters, and made the entire experience great.They had a new water heater installed within 48 hours, and were more than competitive / fair in regards to what their fee was. He was gracious, and funny throughout our interaction, and never seemed to lose patience with my 1453 questions. We talked about options, until I was completely satisfied with the plan, which was then executed quickly and without leaving any sort of mess. I am definitely a life long customer!

He was really good. He came out to my daughter's office which is kind of behind my house and he was there within a day. There was a leak and he got it fixed right away. I know that it's not leaking anymore so the quality was good. We definitely use them in future if needed.

I was extremely pleased with my experience. I spoke to Dave Passey on the phone to get a bid for the work, but the plumber who actually did the work was Josh. Josh was probably the nicest guy I've ever had do work at my house. He was extremely friendly and personable, but very efficient. We thought we would need to replace our shower fixture, but he gave me some other options that would save money and still address the problems we've been having with it. He worked fast and cleaned up after himself. I've hired two or three plumbers in the past, but none that I would ever work with again. I would not hesitate to hire this company again or recommend them to others.

From the moment I made the phone call until I paid the bill I felt that we were in professional hands. What could have been a ruined weekend ended up being a glorious fall vacation because of Dave's attention to detail.

We had a discount from Angie's List that they honored and we were really happy with their work also. They were courteous, very prompt and the man who came out knew what he was doing. We had other plumbers come out and tell that the faucet was too old to fix, but, he fixed it right away. He was right on time, very professional and came out within a day or two after I called him.

I called Saturday afternoon and he was able to come right over within the hour. He got right to work, and was efficient and professional, and the work appeared to be of good quality. We thought the price was reasonable especially for a weekend.

Their estimate seemed fair and they came right out to do the work. They didn't know what the exact cost was going to be until they got into the job but they were able to find parts that would work. It ended up costing less to replace the parts than it would to put a new system in. I would highly recommend them because they did a good job.

I called on Wednesday and was able to set up an appointment for Friday. They called the night before stating that they were going to be doing one job before mine which was helpful since I had some things to do and knew they would not be there right away. The plumber arrived as scheduled and went straight to work, finishing before I had said I needed to leave. He was very professional. He cleaned up and took the old sink and new sink box away. I no longer have to keep buckets under my sink! Overall a great job!
