Very well and plumber was efficient and the costs came in less than the expected.

I received their estimate, liked the bid, and their ability to do the job the next day. The guy spent a good amount of time, didn't rush it, and my husband was very pleased with the careful work that was completed. Very clean and professional and thorough. Would definitely hire them again.

Dave and his crew get an A+. They minimized the damage to our floor and walls by making the smallest cuts possible. If they had been less careful and conscientious I would be trying to patch hardwood floors and lath-and-plaster walls. Considering the circumstances, I would consider the job a bargain at three-times what I paid. This is the second time I have used Dave and both have been great experiences. I will never call another plumber again.

Dave provided a quote the same day of request. They were very accomodating and even cheerful as I rescheduled due to delays in other installation (cupboards, counter tops). The day after installation there was a leak, Josh responded immediately and inspected it with great concern. As it turned out, the leak was due to a faulty sprayer...NOT the good work of Passey Plumbing.

Employee showed up, gave us an estimate and went to work. We have no criticism of his time here. We are satisfied with his work. We are uncertain how to grade the price.

Wanted all shower plumbing in brushed nickel. He said it couldn't be done unless i knocked down part of a wall. Didn't have product with him, but brought a shiny chrome shower head which I refused.

Dave is great. He's prompt, thorough and completely professional. I was afraid I would have to replace the toilet and the flooring at the very least. I was told by one contracter that the toilet, along with everything in my bathroom should go. Another contracter asked me to please really clean around my toilet before they came to look at it. My bathroom isn't THAT dirty and was spotless the day he came to qoute me. I thought it was an odd request. When I canceled that appointment because of a sick child and called to reschedule he didn't return my phone call. Finally, I found Dave here. He quickly fixed the wobbly toilet and then went the extra mile and tightened the loose seat and fixed the mechanism, which had not been filling my bowl enough and would annoyingly squeal when you flushed. Thankfully, Dave knew that I didn't need to do more than that. I was so pleased with his service that I called him when a few days later my kitchen sink started to leak. Again, he was prompt, effecient and honest. He even gave me a small discount because it was a brief fix. I would recommend Dave to anyone and everyone!

Dave arrived promptly, and immediately knew what the problem was. Our water softener was sending out tiny acrylic beads throughout the system, stopping the water from flowing in every faucet. Dave worked very hard cleaning out the various facets/toilets/showers in our home (we have four bathrooms and then add the kitchen!) Didn't waste any time and knew what he was doing--the kind of confidence and experience you should have with every plumber! Purchased and replaced the nozzle from our kitchen faucet. He honored a 15% reduction of the bill if I mentioned Angie's List. He also allowed me to pay half of my bill, and the rest in two weeks, which was a huge help to us.

He was prompt. He was a little pushy about things like putting in a new disposal when the old one just needed a new gasket. He did an excellant installation job on the faucett. He manhandled the dishwasher to get it in but did get it in and it works. In fairness the remodel job did make it a difficult install on the dishwasher. The bill reflects he was paid well.....very well for the time spent. Over all we were satisfied and would call him again.

Very responsive, fast, and responsible. I called and set up a time for Dave to come and look at the problem. He came and looked at it then set a time (at my convenience) to come and do the work. He arrived right on time, did the work quickly, and was gone.

I called because I was (seemingly randomly) finding water or evidence of previous water in the area of my downstairs bathroom. When the plumber arrived, he looked for obvious sources of leakage and found none. He then started turning on and running all possible water sources until he created a leak. He determined my main water disposal line was plugged and did what he could to unplug it. It was discovered that the blockage was severe and most likely the result of never having the line cleaned since the house was built (around 90 years ago). Different equipment and more people were required to clear the line which was almost totally blocked by tree roots. One piece of root they pulled out was 4" in diameter and 6 ft. long. Both the plumber who initially started the job and the owner kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know what was going on. The job was much more difficult and took much longer than originally expected which, of course, meant it was more expensive. The owner talked to me about the cost personally and was more than fair in the price he ended up charging. These guys are definitely the best.

It went well and they did a good job.

The water heater in my rental house failed. I was able to coordinate the replacement with Chrissy (??) at the office by 8:30 AM and had Dave and a helper replace it by 3PM. The job was completed correctly at a fair price. I also hired Dave Passey Plumming at the same house for a standard service call. Both encounters were overwhelmingly positive.

We were very pleased with him and we paid about $680 on that work. They came when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They were in and out in a hurry and gave us a discount. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about different kinds of water heaters that I had checked in the library and went on line and looked at different reports. What he had to say about the water heaters they were selling was, was what I gathered online o he seemed to be giving us a good proof of account of what they was selling and why.

I called on a Friday night at about 8 p.m. Even though they are not listed as 24 hour emergency service, I got a call back within an hour and the plumber was at my house early the next morning (Saturday). The MAN "Josh" was very friendly, helpful, and professional. So overall this was a first class service - prompt, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? By the way, another plumber I had called at the same time on that Friday night, still hasn't called me back - and they claim 24 hour emergency service. I talked to their answering service but no one called back.

Lost water to the house due to a water line break under the driveway. The plumber was dispatched quickly, but had no idea how to troubleshoot the problem, and was not equipped to fix the leak. He gave me a reccomendation, who turned out to be out of business. He was courteous and professional, but not much help!

We contacted two plumbers to give us a bid on running a gas line for a gas dryer. Dave came out that day and gave us a bid with an exact amount. The other company gave us a bid with a range of what it might cost. The only hiccup in them performing the work came in the scheduling. They were originally scheduled to do the work on a Thursday and ended up not being able to do it until Saturday morning. They kept us apprised of the situation.

The quality of the service was excellent. I will definitely contact this company for any future plumbing service I require.

He was quick and seemed honest. The new unit works great. The previous time I called him, we thought we had a leak, but it turned out to be a leaking water container. He had done a proper inquiry before he ripped anything up. We had a laugh about it and he asked me to call him if I ever needed anything else. His pricing seems fair to me.

We spent around $400 for the work. We were pleased with them and my husband really liked them.

I called to schedule an appointment with Dave Monday. His daughter Christy took the call. She left a message to confirm the day/time on Wednesday. Dave called Wednesday evening also to confirm. I didn't hear from Dave at the expected time. I called Christy an hour or so later and she said he was at a job that took longer than expected. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, but unfortunately I couldn't. Dave called about an hour later to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He worked quickly and was helpful answering any questions I had. He made sure all of the pilot lights in the house were lit before he left (2 furnaces and a water heater) and quickly replaced the shut off valves at the sink (which is a job I had added on that day). I will call him again for any plumbing/gas needs I have.

it was great, he was fast, user friendly & helpful. I also felt as though we were charged a good price for what he did.

They came when promised, did what they said they would do, did it quickly and professionally, and charged a fair price.
