I called Dave Passey Plumbing to install a new toilet at our house. We needed to replace an old toilet that had problems -- it didn't flush well and the water ran in it all the time.The lady who scheduled the appointment for me gave me some ideas on where I could go to purchase a toilet prior to the plumber's visit. I purchased one and had it at the house before the plumber arrived.The plumber called when he was on his way to our house and actually arrived early. He worked quickly and efficiently. He had the old toilet removed from the bathroom by the time we had got the new toilet into the bathroom area. Then, we took the old toilet out to the curb.....by the time we got it out to the curb and returned to the bathroom, he had the toilet installed. And he even cleaned up the area around the new toilet!I think the thing that took the longest in the whole process was waiting for the toilet tank to fill.The toilet has been working great and we were VERY happy with the service we received from Dave Passey Plumbing!

I called Monday 8am and was told he would be by same afternoon. He called at 3pm and was there 15 minutes later. He introduced himself and went right to work. He had the entire job done in 40 mins or less. He had prepared a bill but changed is at soon as I said I got his name from Angie's List. I was expecting to pay about $750-800, but the bill was only $651.00. Super work, nice guy, great price!

Called and he got back to me right away. Was out in a few hours. Did the job well and professionally. I reviewed them once before when Dave came out but didn't actually do any work. So when I needed help I called him and he did a great job for a reasonable price.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon requesting a price quote. Within a few hours a plumber called me back. I explained that I wanted to replace my existing tub/shower faucet. I was quoted a rough estimate of $150 and advised that the plumber would need to remove dry wall behind the existing shower valve to replace it. Which I understood in advance and didn't have concerns with. I asked the plumber for his recommendation on shower/tub hardware, he advised that I purchase a Moen Posi-Temp valve and compatible faucet. Since the work required was well above my head I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for the following morning. That evening I went to a home improvement store and purchased a Moen tub & shower faucet, which included the Post-Temp valve, for roughly $120. The following morning the plumber showed-up on time and completed the required work within 90 minutes. There were no surprises with cost, or work performed, and the plumber cleaned-up the mess when complete. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Dave Passey Plumbing and Heating and will use again in the future when a plumber is required.

We had a terrible smell in the house. I called Dave at 8:30 a.m. and he was here by 10:30a. He checked for a few obvious problems, then explained that it could be a number of things. He gave us several things to try and, based on that, suggested how we proceed. He left without charging us anything. He's definitely #1 on my list for plumbing. Not just because of the freebie--I'm guessing that was unusual and due to circumstances--but that he was very knowledgeable and both friendly and professional. I personally can be a bit of a skeptic, but I liked him, trusted him and respected.

I had a horribly backed up toilet nightmare that exploded into the shower. Whew!! Thank Goodness For Mr Passey and Jose. Mr. Passey came and assessed the situation and determined that the big guns were in order and called Jose. Jose is a very friendly guy he DID bring in the big Guns and clean that sucker out. I was so glad:) They truly hard working and honest. I will definitely recommend Passey Plumbing to anyone I know.

Our shower wouldn't turn off, they fixed it. End of story. Great job, very quick, and responsive.

Came on short notice on a Saturday. Fixed it, let me watch to see what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. Friendly and competent.

I really liked them. The thing I really liked is that they didn't charge for a full hour, just for the time they were at my house. They were lower priced compared to other companies. Whatever work I needed done, they took care of for me. I was happy with the quality of work and they responded right away. The owner called me right away and gave me an estimate. They were there on time.

I just found my "go to" plumbing company. Awesome service, awesome personnel, literally could not have asked for a better experience or a better job. On top of the great experience, their pricing was phenomenal. I called them yesterday, technician came the next day quickly identified the problem and solution. Didn't try to upsell me on extraneous services. He was very clear in his explanation to me of what the problem was, what he was going to do to fix it and estimated the cost. I asked if anything further would be needed and he quickly put my concerns at ease and was just thoroughly professional throughout. I would recommend Dave Passey to anyone and everyone. They will be my first and only call the next time I need plumbing services.

He was very prompt and got someone over here right away. He fixed the leaky faucet once and it started leaking again and then he came back and fixed it again and now it's good. I will continue to use their services in the future for plumbing jobs.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List and checking prices with a few service providers, I decided to call on Saturday morning to have my water heater replaced. Dave showed up that afternoon and replaced the water heater the same day. He and his partner were quick and courteous, and the work was done well. I'm having Dave come back to do a few other plumbing to-dos I've had on my list for awhile.

He beat everybody in price. I will use him again in the future.

They arrived on time. The technician was very professional and had the job done in about 2 hours. He cleaned everything up and went through the work with me. I highly recommend them.

We have used Passey Plumbing for over a year. They are our go to plumber. We don' t really search anymore , we just call them. This last visit they replaced the shower taps and head in our bathroom. This time, as always, they were prompt, professional and completed the job quickly. The one drawback is that they are definitely pricey but I assume all plumbers are. We would recommend this company to anyone.

When I went on to Angie's List he was the first one listed. I was really happy with him. He was fantastic. Based on what I needed done I thought the price was good. The price was good and he was quick. He only took thirty minutes to get it done so a part of the price was for the part and the other for labor. He was out right away and did a good job.

Called on a Saturday morning with a cracked water heater. They gave me a price on the phone which was about $500 less than others. They arrived within 2 hours and the work was completed in about an hour. The technician was very nice and professional. I will definitely keep their name.
