.The work was done exactly as I requested. Josh was professional and fast. He made sure that everything was right and would be fit the fixtures we had already purchased. The job site was left clean. He is the type of person you want to hire to do work in your house.

It was a good experience. He was prompt, he knew what he was doing and everyone was happy.

It was easy to set up the appointment and they were willing to work around my schedule. Representative was friendly. Work was performed by Dave who called to provide advance notice of his arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The job was completed and he also looked at a few leaky faucets and made some adjustments. This is the second time I have used this company and I am very pleased with the experience. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing repairs.

We had a new water heater installed. We purchased water heater online, called Passey Plumbing to set up appointment. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were on-time and very professional. When the technician left the utility room was neat and clean and we had a beautiful new water heater. Would use them again for any job.

I called first thing in the morning after finding water in my basement and finding the source to be a defunct water heater. I was told that someone would be at my home within 2 hours. To my great surprise, it was only one hour. I felt that the service was excellent both on the phone and in person. I have had a couple of bad experiences with other companies in the past - it was so refreshing to have such great service and trust in the company and my particular technician - he was FANTASTIC!

I had a sewage coming into my and my neighbors basement for a week or so. had it rotored with no results. I then joined angis list and found Dave passey pluming they again sent out another rotor guy (juan) and he figured out (without a camera) that our outside clean out was blocked with mud and that is where our problum was. after getting estiates form other companies Dave Passey was still the best deal. Richard and Bill came out on a thursday afternoon and ripped up the drive way. They were back on a snowey friday morning with a bobcat and dump truck. They were quite efficient and had the hole fully dug in less than 2 hours. Richard was vary knowledgeable and had full control of the operation from start to finish. By 1 pm the sewer was fixed and the city inspector had arrived. we gave everything a full flush just to make sure. the whole system seemed to work great so the hole was filled with new gravel and Richard made sure everything was clean. they were done and gone by 2:15 pm I am really impressed with the speedy and professional job that was done on our sewer line. We had a water leak in the basement - a pipe on the outside wall had expanded and contracted too many times, and burst at a seam. After calling around to a few companies and having some concern expressed over the pipe's location (it is next to the heating ducts), we reached the lovely gal at Dave Passey, who assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. Josh drove quickly to our home, surveyed the situation, and repaired the problem quickly. He also gave us some good suggestions to prevent it from happening again. Josh seemed to know what he was doing, he was calm and confident. We will definitely be calling Dave Passey when we start work on our remodel project!

I was very pleased with my entire experience. I researched various companies before calling. I had a plumber here within 2 hours of calling, he was very fast with the repair and unclogging we had done. He replaced the basket drain in my kitchen sink and the pipe leading from the sink and unclogged both drains within 1/2 hour of arriving at my home. He was extremely tidy and was careful not to track snow and mud through my home. The price was beyond compare. I will definitely use this company in the future!

My husband suggested cutting out a section of the vent pipe a few inches above the basement floor (as the vent pipe runs along the wall and is not "in" the wall) and draining the dirty water out to see if we could get a closer look at the cause of the clog. I wanted a professional plumber and not my husband to do this job as it involved a carpeted basement floor, lots of very gross stinky water, and we are both in our 60s. I believe that some things should be left to the professionals. We eventually hired another company to do this job and he discovered that the people who had installed the vent pipe, in 1940 when the house was being built, had not sealed the drain joint with the pipe with "oakum" before pouring the lead, so molten lead had poured out the bottom of the joint and left a lot of lead "puddles". The snake had pushed the blobs of lead into a pile that completely blocked the drain. The plumber fished out as many of the lead blobs as he could reach with a wire and hook. We have never had the kitchen sink drain as freely as it does now. We used another plumber, which we also found on Angie's list, and were ecstatic that we now had a working drain after doing dishes in the basement sink for 9 weeks.

Both times, they were fast, and inexpensive. They gave us an estimate and stuck to that estimate. The work was done well.. We would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs...

My son told me that the toilet on the main floor had backed up. I coached him through plunging it, but it didn't work. So I told him to wait until I got home. When I got home, there was a puddle of water on the garage floor (the bathroom wall backs to the garage). Thinking that I had a burst water pipe, I promptly called my usual plumber. He had a full schedule so he walked me through a series of 'tests' so that he could determine what was going on. The third step ("check your floor drain in the basement") yielded a result: there was an inch of water and sewage in the room. The plumber told me that I couldn't use any drain until my sewer line was unblocked. He then gave me two references of companies to call because he was booked with emergencies but he said this cannot wait. I got on Angie's List and the first company that was recommended didn't answer after hours ( it was 6:45 by now). Dave Passey was the next company, so I called. The company details state that they are not a 24 hour emergency service, but I got a person on the phone! He told me that he would call his plumbers and see if he could get someone out within two hours (this beat another company by two hours and an additional company by 14 hours!). He called me back and said Jose would be there within two hours. Jose arrived as promised and I took him to the basement. He agreed that we were looking at sewage. He got his equipment out and brought it through the back of the house because I mentioned that I had just had the carpets cleaned three days ago. He spent 30 minutes with my husband looking for the sewer cleanout. He eventually found three - one for each floor in the house. They weren't labeled so he spent another 30 minutes determining which cleanout had the blockage. After figuring that out, he snaked the main line. About 20 feet in, he bumped into a 'hard spot' and spent the next hour snaking and forcing that 'hard spot' out of our line and into the main sewer line in the street. The floor drain still wasn't draining so he dragged a different device out and snaked that one too. It was about midnight by now. He stayed to clean up his mess and even saw that my pilot light on water heater #2 was out, so he fixed that too! Even though it was 1:00 when he left, it was a thrill to take a shower (that is a messy job) and have (1) the shower drain properly and (2) hot water! I will use them again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this company. If Jose is an example of their employees' work ethic, then you simply cannot go wrong.

I called Dave Passey Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon after seeing their reviews on Angie's List. We had contacted several other plumbers as well that were either busy or closed. I left a message expecting to hear back from them sometime on Monday. To my surprise, Dave called me a few hours later (after their stated hours) and arranged to have one of his men, Jose, come out to the house within the hour. Jose showed up and was very professional - he discussed the problem with my husband and recommended some options to us that other plumbers hadn't provided. His solutions would save us quite a bit of money and still solve our problem. The quote he gave us was over 2x less than the other quotes we had received. He got to work quickly and stayed 3 hours until the issue was resolved (he was at our house until about 7 PM on a Saturday). We were extremely impressed and grateful they were willing to help us out despite the fact that it was well past their closing time. They didn't charge us extra for the after-hours work and left everything clean. We will definitely contact them again should we have any more issues with our plumbing.

I had a clogged bathtub drain. I called a plumber who plunged it a few times and tried a really short, hand-operated snake before telling me that my drain was frozen and that he couldn't help me further. He also told me to poke holes in my drywall to heat up the drain pipes. Before I did that, I wanted a second opinion. I called Dave Passey Plumbing. The plumber showed up right on time. He snaked the drain, and had things going in less than 20 minutes. He also offered me some potential solutions to my hard water problems and the lime deposits in my sink. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

"Josh" of Dave Passey Plumbing came to our home and fixed our leaking shower. He explained why the leak is developing and suggested that we don't over-tighten the knobs when we shut off the shower. He was polite, professional, and quick. We also asked him to fix another leak (which we hadn't scheduled him for originally). He had everything he needed with him to install two new shutoff valves and a new faucet! We were very pleased.

Came within an hour of my call. Very polite and knew what he was doing. Fixed my issues without any problems.
