"Hector came to the house and completed the work and was fantastic at identifying the issue with our power failure twice for our old home. He was very thorough and replaced the fried wires, and fuses. UNFORTUNATELY I would never hire him again. He stole our IPad in the process and didn’t realize that the IPad can track its own location, which was easy to match with his business LLC address and be locked down remotely when stolen. It was “anonymously” returned two months later dirty and missing its case. Do not hire a thief."

Of all the contractors we dealt with, James and his crew certainly were among the best if not the best, for communication, professional skill, and devotion to finishing the project right. Where there were (understandable) obstacles he let us know of possible delays and outcomes, he brought the job to where it passed county inspection, and where any problem cropped up he came back and made things work. He worked well with other contractors present on the site, including being careful to clean up post-job.
