His prices were reasonable. If he was going to be late, he let us know what was happening, so that we were not just guessing if or when he would show up, but kept us informed, which was helpful to us.

He came out on a federal holiday to give us the bid and basically started and finished the next day. We will never need to find another handyman as David will ALWAYS get our business.
