From the first phone call Andy was professional, courteous and helpful. They were always punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job. The team is thorough and really customized the system to fit our needs as well as making it operator friendly. They really went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was perfect and even helped with wiring a separate tTV for my son's video games. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They responded with a quote right away, then met with me to refine it. I gave them a check for just the equipment so that the orders could be placed. All the equipment arrived right when they said it would. They worked diligently late into the evenings for 3 days straight. They always cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated. It ended up costing a little more than the estimate, but mostly because I changed a few things and upgraded a few things. Overall it was really nice to work with an honest straight forward company that doesn't over promise just to hook you. Everything works and looks great. They are very detail oriented. When it was all finished and they showed me how to use everything, I wrote a check for the installation labor and they were on their way. Definitely the easiest contractor work with that I've experienced so far.

I have found out that this is a very rare quality to find in contractors and so called service professionals. I could tell he was interested in giving me a great product and not just making a buck. The in-home-estimate was very informative and helped me decide what items would best suit my needs, budget and give my home the best possible resale value later. Andy and his installers are very detail oriented and reviewed every option with me for approval before taking the next step of the installation. There were no surprises. I definitely recommend this company for any of your Home Entertainment projects.
