Andy and his team were amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone. They exceeded my expectations. He was fair on pricing, did a great job on the pre-wiring and finish work. He worked with me on every detail to make sure the end product fell within my budget and still got me everything that I wanted. He consulted me on what I liked and then helped me make the best decision possible. On the final evening of the install, he stayed overtime until 9 PM because he wanted to make sure everything was perfect so that my family could enjoy the theater over the weekend. I am looking for other areas around my house where I can use his help! Highly recommend!

Andy and Sam came on time and immediately made us feel comfortable with their courtesy and professionalism. They offered to remove the old TV and in general made the whole process painless. .Both went out of their way to explain all the new gizmos and to make sure we were comfortable with everything they had done before they left.

The job went excellently. Andy and Andrew called us to let us know that they were 15 minutes behind time and arrived in less than 15 minutes after the appointed time. The job required the two of them to work for about seven hours. They arrived with all the tools and equipment they needed and set straight to work. They consulted us on every little detail as the work progressed, asking us what types of mountings we would like, at what height we would like the sets mounted, what cabling we would like to be buried in the walls, etc. They asked us if we were happy with the results as each television was mounted. I noticed that there was some signal degradation with one of the sets after it was mounted and they tracked the cause of that and corrected it. They obviously created quite a bit of debris as they worked and all of that was cleaned up to our complete satisfaction at the end of the job. We were very pleased indeed with the results. Andy and Andrew were really nice guys. They were friendly, professional, and very anxious to please. The price was right on target--Andy had given us an estimate over the telephone in advance and the total was very close to what he had estimated. Andy provided us a 5 percent discount because we had hired him through Angie's List--he mentioned that more than 50 percent of his business came from the good reviews that he has had on the List. We could not have been more satisfied with a job very well done.

I was highly impressed by their speed and attention to detail. Everything looks amazing and the connections work great. I will definitely be using Audio Video Integrators when I finish my basement and put in a media room with a home theater system. I was provided a detailed invoice for the parts provided and the hourly labor, which made me very comfortable with the final bill. I received estimates from two other companies for the same job who wanted to charge much more. Again, I was impressed by Audio Video Integrators and I'll definitely use them again in the future.

My experience with Audio Video Integrators could not have gone better. I had disconnected most of my stereo/home theater components in a hurry due to a water problem at my house. I needed everything put back, a new TV set up etc. Sam did a great job of putting everything together and in fact, reconfigured some things so the system operated better than before and have a better appearance. He fully programmed a new univerasl remote which made it very easy for me to operate my system after he left. He was on time, pleasant, professional and very helpful. I'd use them again in a minute and highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

Andy and Sam were great. Worked hard to get our system up to today's standards. They were fair and very easy to work with. I highly recommend AVI to all and will be using them in the future for camera surveillance, lighting and thermostat controls.

He made some excellent suggestions and was able to run our cable wired through the attic and down the wall where TV was going to be hung all within the overall time and estimate he provided. He was thorough and professional.

Audio Video Integrators were great. They responded super quick and were out in just a few days. I bought a whole house audio system 3 years ago and just never got around to installing the speakers. These guys showed up and did an excellent job. Very friendly, nice to my kids, and most importantly, they really cared about the finished look. It was a pleasure to see them check things 3 times, just to make sure it was centered/aligned. I couldn't have done it better myself and it would have taken 10 times longer. I would absolutely work with them again.

AVI was wonderful to work with. Many companies would say it can't be done, but all was possible with AVI, and I got all my wiring needs completed. Sam and Andy took extra time making sure I could understand and work all the new hook ups. I highly recommend AVI to anyone looking for all audio video wiring needs.

They started when they said they would and delivered exactly what was promised.

While installing some canned lights, I thought "while we're at it" we should put speakers in the cieling so we can have music throughout the house. Audio Video Integrators met with me and mapped out a plan. (We had another bidder who pushed hard a full automation, but I wanted something much more simple and less expensive.) Audio Video Integrators has plenty of experience with full-house automation, but when they realized I wanted simple controls and wasn't looking to spend $50,000+, they tailored the plan to fit. They don't mark up the equipment they install. As an example, "The TV we were planning to install goes on sale at Costco in a couple of days. We can install the TV today, but if we wait, it will save you some money." I was impressed with their professionalism and felt very comfortable having them in my home. They thought of things during the install that made everything come together even better than I had hoped. Having music throughout the house makes a huge difference. We love it. With no reservations, I highly recommend Audio Video Integrators. Thank you, Angie's List, for pointing me to this company. It couldn't have been a better first-time Angie's List experience.

Andy and Sam worked hard to find ways to integrate our TV, internet, and music system despite unforseen obstacles. Since our home had outdated wiring for intercom and we had no hard wiring for our internet, this was challenging. I would definitely recommend Andy and Sam to work for anyone I know. It took longer than anticipated, but the work was done with good humor and care, so that we did not really mind the intrusion. They came and worked when they said they would and stayed until the issues were resolved. They explained what they were doing, answered questions and worked around issues and came back to help, even when the problem we had was of our own making. Overall outstanding experience.

Called Andy during the week and he showed up on time on Saturday afternoon. He gave me an estimate over the phone that was exactly what I paid for. In addition, I had problem a few days after he left and he was willing to guide me through the issue over the phone to fix it.

I was unable to get a hold of many other Home Theater businesses. This business was the only one that promptly got a hold of me after leaving a message. He gave me a ballpark figure over the phone, then came to my home to give me a more accurate estimate. Two men arrived and surveyed the area and offered suggestions for best placement of speakers, projector, etc. After the initial walkthrough I was given a quote of about $1500. In the quote there were some "optional" additions that i opted out of. The extras were great suggestions (some of which i plan on doing in the future), just didn't have the funds to spend at the time. Day1. They arrive promptly at 9AM. They spent the entire day working. They were able to get most of the work done.Day2. Once again arrive promptly at 9AM. They spend about 4 more hours finishing everything up. When it came time to pay, we were charged $1496...pretty dang close to the estimate! Before they left, they cleaned up the site and made sure everything was as clean as it was before they got there. Overall, Extremely impressed with this business. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Audio Video Integrators and they were able to respond the same day. Andy identified the problem very quickly and had us back up and running in no time. He provided some recommendations for improving our conference room configuration and helped us with some recommendations for upgrading our equipment.

went very well. It turned out to be more than I had anticipated because the electrician and contractor didn't set up the wiring correctly so Andy had to go in and re-do all that to get the internet etc...to work. not cheap, but worth it.

I think they did a great job with regards to the bid. They are very knowledgeable and provided great insight. The reason why I gave them a "C" on professionalism is because the partially cleaned up after themselves. Due to me finishing my basement it is not the cleanest right now however I had some framers and an electrician clean up after themselves even though some of the mess was from me. They pulled insulation from parts of the ceiling and did not even attempt to replace the insulation. Just a little ding but I liked their work.

It cost a little more than I thought but I am pleased with the work.

Calling, scheduling, and estimates done over the phone. I wish in hind sight that he would've come to see the project before arriving to do the work. He wasn't able to bring a preferred part, because of that. He arrived on time was punctual, and effectively communicated expectations. I find this to be rare amongst contractors these days. His work and installation, was professional. I loved his recommendations. I shared my vision of the completed project... it was as if he understood exactly what I wanted. I went outside of my normal requirement, to get at least three bids, before settling on a contractor. I made an exception this time (because of the above), coupled with the fact that the other two contractors never returned my calls or sent their bids after seeing the project. I'm guessing that Andy's $55/hr rate is higher than the competition, but as you can see you get what you pay for. Overall, I'm very pleased!

We made an appointment for the next Monday at 10:00 and Andy was there promptly. He was there 4-5 hours and completed everything we wanted done. He even noticed the attic above the fireplace was lacking insulation so he had us buy some insulation and he installed it in the attic while he was up there installing the antenna. He hooked up our DVD player and programmer the remote control for the new tv. The wiring is neatly organized and labeled. The overall experience was very positive and I have already recommended him to a friend
