Description of Work: They performed some plumbing work related to regulating the pressure in the kitchen tubing.

Description of Work: I used Word of Mouth Plumbing. He did some general plumbing. He re installed the water heater extension tank and he replaced the hose line in my back yard.

Description of Work: He has replaced an outside spigot. He also replaced a leaking pipe in the basement.

Description of Work: Toilet was replaced. Issues with the previous installation from 2004 was fixed. We are all extremely happy with the end results.

Description of Work: We have a 92 year old home that had a plugged basement drain for the washing machine and very low flow water but high water-pressure in our old pipes. I was told that these problems are typical with the type of pipes and drains we had. We also had a toilet that was loose on the flange which required the replacement of the broken flange.We also were remodeling a downstairs bathroom which needed the pipes in the wall moved to another wall. This Master Plumber (Kelly Luke) performed a total re-pipe of our place. This also included doing some demolishing of old drainage pipe in the basement after cutting and digging out the cement floor. Then, he had to replace and patch up the concrete. The floor looks better than it did before, because it appeared that this was done before only not as well. As far as the cold and hot water repiping, he used a plastic flexible pipe that was easier to work with and didn't require soldering like brass pipe does. The price included replacing the two toilets with top brand replacements. Also, both outdoor water faucets where replaced. He also replaced all of the other faucets (again, the price above included the cost of all of the faucets and materials.) He also replace our old master-on faucet and placed a pressure limitor on the master waterline. He also moved our kitchen sink water and drain to the opposite side of the kitchen upstairs (we have 2 kitchens, one up and one downstairs).
