Most surfaces were clean and shining, but they were used to doing rapid work, that caused some surfaces to still need additional work, such as the surfaces of the white translucent glass shades on the lights above the sinks. They didn't clean the grout on the tile counter tops. As I don't speak Spanish, it was quite difficult to communicate with them without their supervisor who was there only to get them started.

They initially required a full deep-cleaning of our home, which cost about $275, before they began the regularly scheduled cleaning every other week. This cleaning was extremely thorough, which included wiping down baseboards, blinds, etc, all of the things that we don't do regularly. We were very happy with the end result! Our home has had regular bi-weekly cleanings for about a year and they have been great so far, with only minor things that are occasionally missed like dusting a shelf or two or forgetting to clean the microwave. However, any time I've had a concern with the quality of work, I've brought it up with the owner and she has corrected the issue immediately. If we need them to come at a certain time of day on the scheduled day or perhaps a different day during the same week, they are very flexible. It's a great value and I recommend ENS Cleaning to all of my friends when they are looking for house cleaners. I'm extremely pleased with the service.

The first time you hire this company, they will want to do a really thorough cleaning of the entire home. My house is over 5000 square feet, so the first time they came, they had three women work for hours (at least three hours, but I'm thinking it was closer to five). They did a GREAT job, and it was around $360. After the deep clean has been performed, they will come on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly (really, it's whatever you feel you need) to keep it up. They do an excellent job. My entire home costs $170 for a maintenance cleaning, and I usually break it up so that the main/upstairs is $95 and the basement (3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a great room and small kitchen) is $75. I think their prices are very reasonable, and Sara (the owner) is easy to reach via text. I usually have them clean once per month and I just text Sara a few days before I'd like to schedule them. It's very easy, and it's so nice to come back to a nice clean home. Do yourself a huge favor, and let the experts at Sara's cleaning business take on the cleaning of your house. You will not regret it.

I have been using this provider for almost 2 years and I am very pleased with their services. They always do a great job and the price is very competitive. The owner Sara is very responsive and really great to work with. I have referred them to multiple friends and family who have the same overall experience with them. The first time, there was some confusion as to the address, and they showed up late, but since then, they have always been on time. I've had them clean my house several times now, and I've been very satisfied with their work. It isn't perfect, but they're much better than other housecleaning services that I've used, and I would definitely recommend them. Sarah is always friendly and easy to work with when scheduling an appointment, and her workers are trustworthy and competent. Her prices are also quite reasonable.

I was especially pleased that they cleaned the fan blades. The women who have come on two locations are delightful and efficient.

The house always smells so clean. They have been very adaptable to our changing work schedules & vacations. They are reliable & on time. Occasionally a spot gets missed vacuuming or dusting but overall they do a really good job. We would definately recommend this company.

I have been pleased with the dependability, quality and thoroughness of the cleaning. In addition, they have a great attitude if you ask them to do something a little differently or an additional task. My house is quite big, but they don't overlook areas. I would highly recommend them.

I've had ENS come for the last 2-3 years weekly and have been incredibly happy with the job they do, how quickly they respond back to me, and how easy it is to add occasional services like clean the fridge, etc. They also fold all my clothes and as a working mom, it saves me and so worth the cost, which is very reasonable.

I've used ENS Star cleaning for almost two years on a regular basis. Sarah is very easy to schedule with and the ladies that come clean are always prompt. The cleaning job is great, they have a checklist they run through but they also will follow more specific needs (like my piano needs a certain product, so they use that). I have a house full of FOUR boys (and a husband!) so having the ladies come clean my house every other week has been a lifesaver. I'd used about 4-5 different local cleaning companies in the past before ENS and now I am 100% satisfied with their service and am so glad I finally found a company I can trust, is easy to communicate with, and does a great job.

I have been using ENS every month since December 2014, so more than 10 times. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The owner is very communicative and works with me to ensure at least one of the cleaners has been to my house before and can direct the others. I have been very happy overall. Sometimes they arrive 10 minutes late (but don't stay 10 minutes late) so that's the reason for the "B" on punctuality. If I ask them to clean the lighting fixtures or anything specific, they always do it. I recommend them without reservation.

It's always gone really well. Sarah is always really responsive and I've been able to provide direction on my preferences. They don't bring they're own vacuum. We've also asked that they use some cleaning products that I prefer. We will continue using them.

Offered to reimburse for the theft. Now has refused to follow through.

It went okay. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The quality was average. They left the area fine. It was not outstanding and not bad.

Sarah was very responsive and was able to schedule our deep clean very quickly. The girls were here for 4 hours and did an amazing job. I felt like this was a great value and based on their excellent work, we hired them to come back for weekly cleanings. I would highly recommend them!
