I had a family guest coming to town on short notice. Asked if ENS could fit me in which they did and that was appreciated. I'll hit the negatives now. My garage was left open, pretty sure I didn't leave it that way so I suppose they opened when cleaning the remote in the 2nd bedroom. Someone could have stolen my bikes, tools, etc. Thousands of dollars worth of things. The front door of the house also was unlocked. Another opportunity for theft. They did a great job of cleaning the sink, fridge interior and strangely wiped down jars in the fridge. Top of the fridge? Not so much. Not touched. Side of the fridge? Not touched. Bathroom was pretty clean by them following my deep scrub of the tub and ceiling. Still some dust under the couch. Really? The cleaning staff broke two of the slats on my kitchen blinds and they didn't bother to volunteer that it happened. Two weeks later I'm still arguing with their management to have the blinds fixed. Also, they quoted me $114 to $235 per Angies List ad. Originally billed me for $265 but I disagreed until we got to $225 which I paid. Yes, my house was dirty which is why I agreed to pay more despite the things they didn't clean. Long story short, I've held off on this review because I expect as soon as they see this, they'll not fix my blinds they broke. Also the manager/management, not sure of the name, argued with me and even said I didn't pay them even after PayPal confirmed payment. More excuses followed. The workers responded to texts and seem to have more integrity. If I don't see replacement blind slats in two days I'll be headed to Home Depot. Expect similar results considering the management.

We were not contacted by any of the companies you listed. We were contacted quickly by Mirlov of Park City Cleaning. They cleaned the condo today, did a very good job and we are booking them again.

We hired a two person team for 3 hours and they did a great job! The house was spotless for move-in day, we could not have been happier. It's always stressful to move and to know we were arriving to a clean home was such a relief.

They did a phenomenal job with tackling baseboards, appliances, scrubbing tile, dusting, cleaning blinds and everything in between for my seasonal deep clean of the house. It was well worth every minute of it as the house has never looked so great!

The E&S Star team did a great job at a very reasonable price. We had previously hired different cleaners from a national brand who were much more expensive and didn't do as good of a job. Because the national brand service was so expensive and their quality of work was only "so-so", we decided to give E&S Star a chance. I'm so glad we did! How often do you get to pay less for better service?

The first cleaning was awesome! We had them come out once monthly. The quality of cleaning decreased as time went on. Then the price increased and they didn't let me know.

They did a very good job. When they arrived they learned that the purchase was for a deep cleaning and they had not expected that. They still did a great job and left the house sparkling but they probably should have know what they were being scheduled for before hand. I had also expected the use of more natural cleaning products but that was not done for cleaning the oven which took a few uses to clear out the chemical that was used. Overall a good job but could be better.

This company presumably makes these offers to grow their business but then doesn't communicate or keep scheduled appointments. After posting a critical evaluation refused to perform any services or refund monies paid. I had to file a special refund request because the multiple delays in scheduling pushed the time beyond the refund period.

They failed to respond initially and I had to prod them over weeks to get them to schedule. They missed the first scheduled date and I had to reschedule. Because they were late arriving and then sat in the car out front for over an hour I had insufficient time remaining to have the cleaning done. Rather than going through the hassle of rescheduling again I decided to cancel the service. Angie's refunded my pre-payment due to non'performance by the service provider.

Great job - on time and sent an extra worker so it was completed quicker
