ENS Star Cleaning

They took the majority of their time in the three full bathrooms. Although I understand that the large one was dusty and needed cleaning, the other two are hardly used (only with guests in town) and required very light cleaning. It probably took them 3 of the 4 labor hours on those alone. I am confident that I could have cleaned those just as well on my own in the same time that two of them were working. They were talking to one another the entire time that they were cleaning upstairs and I wonder if this slowed them down a bit. This left them very rushed to clean that kitchen and the half bathroom. This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service and I was definitely hoping that I would feel like it was sparkly and clean when they left. Instead, I was left with streaks and hairs on appliances in the kitchen almost as if they used the same rags for everything or incorrect cleaners. Although they did quick wipe downs in the bathrooms, there was still dusting, baseboards, and light switches left for me to do. They definitely left things cleaner than they were but I feel as though they could have been more efficient with their time, especially since this is their profession. In addition, I was a little bit surprised that they wanted me to provide them with paper towels and trash bags. I complied and they used almost an entire large roll of paper towels.

It was fine, they did a good job. I thought it was a lot of money for just you know two people cleaned and they were there for two hours and I thought that was a little bit expensive. The ladies couldn't speak English, their English was very broken and they ended up using some of my things like the vacuum cleaner and stuff which you know if I didn't have it there I don't know if they would have had something to vacuum with.

The two service providers were terrific--on time, hard working, polite, and did a fabulous job. We will use this service again.

Wow! What can I say. First time using ENS but it won't be the last. I can't believe how much these ladies got done in the time they were in my home. I had barely even said hello and they were already cleaning one of the bathrooms. Very efficient and friendly. You can't go wrong with Sara and her crews.. Turn em loose!!

Amazing. I've been through many different cleaning services since moving to Salt Lake and in 3 years ENS is the very best I've found. They actually clean EVERYTHING and don't give you lame excuses or try to upcharge you for stuff like your refrigerator. Sara the owner is amazing and so incredibly caring. Highly recommend.

Someone started taking the shower handle off, they broke it. Started moving things around and not putting them back. Their vacuum ripped a piece out of the carpet. I had a carpet guy come fix that. Then the next week, their vacuum ruined my carpet again. Sarah was surprised when I told her about the incident. They do not speak English at all.

They did a fantastic job. In the time alotted they managed to do all the rooms in our 6b, 3 1/2 ba house and the stove. They did not get to do the fridge, but that is ok, I am more than happy with the work that they did. Would hire them again.

I love the team that Sarah sent over. They are very friendly and work hard. They showed up on time. They did not need the full 4 hours and pro-rated the rate. My house was clean and did not cost as much as I thought it would. They did a great job.

The service ENS Star Cleaning provided was performed on time and to a high standard. ENS looked like they hit every spot! Very happy with their service and would recommend.

I scheduled the clean up with Sara. It didn't happen exactly when we needed it but we were okay with when they scheduled. We had to call Sara to get the people back as they did not do all that was promised.We had purchased 6 hours of deep cleaning including the frig and stove. The house was 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, with NO furniture in it. They were not able to clean the light fixtures. I had to do that. The stove was bad. They had not scoured it. They came back to try to do it, but could not as it was in great need of cleaning. Rather than have them waste more time with that, we purchased a new stove. The area where the floor met the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned. There was terrible grime in that area. The trim near the kitchen stairs was not cleaned and the grate in the kitchen needed to be redone. We had to call Sara back as the blinds were not clean. Turns out the person that was sent was afraid she would break them, so Katrina had her do them again. They were still not great, but we accepted them as they were. We went this week-end in final preparation for our Open House for the sale and discovered that the frig was very dirty. No one had cleaned the rubber seal. I had to do it myself. In addition, the shelves in the door were not clean. My husband had to get on his hands and knees to clean the area where the floor meets the cabinets. He is 78 years old. We did call Sara to have the staff come back, and they did come back. However, the job should have been completed without anyone having to return. And my husband and I had to scrub to get many areas clean. My husband was not pleased, nor was I. We have communicated with Sara about this. She kept saying you only paid for 6 hours. It was a small house and 6 hours should have been more than enough time.

It was ok. They were there for the 6 hours. There were things that they didn't finish.

I was in a panic did not have time to get ready for a baby shower I was throwing at my house. I purchased one of their offers and called them immediately. They were able to come the next day. Three wonderful ladies and a supervisor to show them around showed up right on time. They did a wonderful job and got a lot done in the time they had. They were professional and gracious. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on using them again soon.

I had a SPRING CLEAN. They come out and see the house and give you an estimate on the cost. A supervisor comes with the ladies that are cleaning. Shows them around and tells them what will need the most attention.The ladies were very professional and got right to work. They bring their own cleaning supplies and rags and mops. They got everything done under the time that was estimated. It felt wonderful to have a nice fresh house for Spring.

My first initial cleaning with the company went well.I had them come back again for a second cleaning this time the provider sent three housekeepers to my home which cost me more money. The job they did was very sloppy and messy. They were rushing to get the services completed. I called the provider and she said she would send them out again and she did. When they arrived at my home they again rushed through the job so they could go to a party. . So I had to go back and clean the house again after they left. I paid a lot of money when I could have done the services myself.

I am so impressed with ENS Cleaning! Sara is so professional and she always contacts me promptly when I have a question etc. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding! I recommend her to all my friends, her service is excellent. The cleaning is thorough and the girls are prompt and very professional.

The work was done by two women. Their supervisor came to review their work instructions as there was a bit of a language barrier, which did not seem to be a problem with me. They did a pretty good overall cleaning job. The house looked clean and fresh but a few of the specific chores I really needed done did not get done. They simply ran out of time. Perhaps if I had watched their progress I would have seen that they were not going to be able to get to these. I should have explained better that the only reason I needed help was my disabilities, which prevent me from doing some things and that the heavier work was more important to finish. As it was called a "Spring Cleaning" though, I would have thought that they might have realized that. So because of this reason only I thought they were overpriced. Not much more done than my regular bi-weekly cleaner for $150 less.

Went well - on time, courteous, helpful, worked hard, thorough, pleasant, discussed how they could improve - listened and consistent with what I wanted 9.99% of the time. I'm very happy!

That worked fine. They came out within a week or two of the purchase. The thing that stood out was they did a thorough job with a team of 2 people. On the first occasion one of the cleaners tended to be on her cell phone during that time which I felt was inappropriate.
