ENS Star Cleaning

Went fine. Ladies we're were positive and helpful.

The company representative worked hard, exceeded expectations, and followed our instructions exactly.

Floors, bathrooms, surfaces remained untouched and were dirty after the service.

The cleaning specialist worked hard and did everything we ask her to do. Her greatest challenge was communicating with us. But we did well. We would gladly have her come again.

I was told I'd receive a text the day before saying when they'd be here, but I had to text and ask, but then they were on time. They worked hard and did a great job on the parts of the house they got to; they were very detail-oriented and it looked amazing when they were done. I just wish I had known they wouldn't get the whole place done in the time allotted so I could have made other arrangements for those spots. So, overall, communication was somewhat lacking but everything else was great.

Terrible - They never respond.. The price was very appealing but they never made any kind of effort to come clean my rental unit. When I signed up I chose 3 possible times for them to come clean. They ended up with an alternate time which was a week later then when I needed them. I understand they may be busy but since that time I have sent 2 emails with no responses. There communication is horrible.

When we were finally able to schedule the work they arrived and did a reasonable job. Tried to schedule a second visit with a new Angie's list offer thinking that as a return customer they would be more punctual in meeting my suggested dates but, alas, no. Still have not shown up or responded to emails. Sent one yesterday requesting they show up on Wednesday or return my money.

They did a wonderful job. Everything was sparkling clean when they were done. We will hire again when we have a need.

It took a little time to get a response in regards to scheduling a time, but once that happened they were at the place as promised.

I have used this company twice and both times they did an excellent job. Much better than my experiences with other companies

She did such a great job. I can't believe she clean it as well as she did. They are trustworthy and great workers.

They arrived early and worked hard the whole time. The were professional and did a great job. Will definitely be hiring again!

Excellent. Although we initially had a little trouble scheduling, we were able to schedule the cleaning pretty quickly and it was great to come home to a completely cleaned house.

The women were good workers and did all I asked. The range hood was difficult to clean and they were not very tall (I requested tall if possible) but they got it pretty clean. The supervisor stopped by to ensure all was well. She asked if I had stainless cleaner to make the range hood look shiny and more than just cleaned, which I did. I would use them again for big jobs. They seem to be busy enough that it took some time to schedule a date and they came later than expected but likely because of another job.

It went well. The team of ladies did a good job and were on-time.

They did a wonderful job. I got home to a spotless home and everything looked amazing.

The cleaning was good, however, it lacked the level of "deep clean" that I've gotten with other services.

Sara and her team showed why they are such professionals, tenant left the home in poor condition, especially the bathrooms that were newly renovated and Sara was able to bring them back to life. The team works hard and diligently and always leave me happy that I work with them.

I bought an Angie's List Deal, for this housecleaning, and I was very pleased with the results. I had a hard, large list of things I was hoping to get clean in 8 hours, and I feel they (2 ladies, 4 hours each) got more done, than I could in the same time. My Oven, inside and out, has never looked so clean. I couldn't be more pleased with how hard, and how fast they worked, and the end results.

It went really well, except they took one of my blue cleaning cloths that went with another cloth that went together. from my bathroom upstairs. and also two spray 409 containers.

The quality of the cleaning was great. I have nothing but positive things to say about that. The two women were a little late (20 minutes), but they worked so hard during the time they were here, I can't really be too critical. One thing that might be helpful would be if there was a checklist in both English and Spanish. My inadequate Spanish was okay for today, but I can see where it might help to have something like that. I would hire ENS again if I had the same people!
