Description of Work: They did four hours of deep cleaning. Actually, I paid for four hours but they gave me more than that. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I was contacted, by email, promptly by the provider; and again a week before the service was to be performed. The cleaning ladies arrived promptly at the agreed upon time; they were well groomed and friendly. They inquired as to exactly what I wanted them to clean and the got to work. They worked solidly for four hours, asking questions as they arose. The house looks fabulous! I am totally satisfied and will seek their help again. Thank you for your referral.

Description of Work: I was really pleased with ENS Star Cleaning two ladies came at 8:00am right on time they cleaned the oven fridge shower and vacuumed dusted and even dusted all my blinds, mopped the floors, all through the house. I would sure get them again.

They were professional, thorough, and very pleasant, although they didn't have time to clean the entire house as thoroughly as they cleaned the first part (it's a big house so perhaps not their fault). They arrived late which was later explained, but a phone call in advance would have been appreciated. Overall they did good professional work and I would use them again.

Description of Work: The 2 ladies from ENS did a deep cleaning of my home. The did a great job on the wood work, walls and floors. I especially needed all my bathrooms deep cleaned which were done well. They were at my house 7 hours and worked very hard.

Description of Work: I have had this housecleaning service, ENS STAR CLEANING, for four months. I moved to Utah last December and was so disappointed in the previous two cleaning services that I had tried. Both previous groups were more costly and very inefficient! I actually called my California housekeeper and told her how much I missed her and that I just couldn't seem to find anyone who wanted to do a good job at a reasonable price. Happily, I gave it one more try and found this company. I explained to Sarah how saddened I was at the lack of quality housecleaning I had previously received. She was very sympathetic and agreed to "give it a try". She told her ladies my situation and asked them to be very conscientious. I typed up a detailed list of what I expected them to do. Everything was thoroughly done and they spent an unbelievable amount of time on this initial deep cleaning assignment. The continued service has been outstanding. I have a 3000 sq ft home and they have helped me manage to keep it clean. Examples of their work includes: dusting and polishing furniture. Mopping tile and wood floors. Cleaning three full bathrooms, vacuuming all carpets, and making beds as needed. I am certain that if I asked for an additional service from them, I could count on it being done! It is a joy to come home after caring for my elderly mother, and serving as a missionary with my husband at BYU, to find my house in a beautiful condition.

Description of Work: We have been using Sarah's cleaning organization for about 15 years and at least three different houses. Sarah is very responsible and professional, but her staff is not always the same. Scheduling is sometimes an issue as is attitude, and follow-through.

Description of Work: I needed a house cleaned at the last minute. I called on Saturday and two women came on Monday. The house had been empty for four months and was very dirty. When they finished everything sparkled. The kitchen floor is old linoleum was white, I thought it was yellow when I bought the place. The price was very reasonable, they cleaned for more than half a day.
