Description of Work: I have had such a great experience. I have a busy schedule and was looking for some help with bi-weekly cleaning of my house. Initially, bought the deal for 9 hours of cleaning. The girls came out and did such a great job in only 6 hours, so I was given a credit. And I haven't turned back since! Wednesdays are my favorite day of the week. The girls come in and are so efficient and thorough and for such a reasonable price. Sara periodically checks in with me (on the phone and in person) to make sure everything is up to my standards. In fact, today she came over to orient two new cleaning ladies to my house. Great customer service, I love my normal cleaning lady Patty and have had great experiences with anyone/everyone who has come over to my house to help me. Together, we were able to work out a consistent bi-weekly cleaning schedule that works with my weird work schedule. If something comes up, Sara is very flexible and so kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend ENS!

Description of Work: The ladies who came to clean worked fast and did a great job. I was thrilled with the service. I rescheduled a second service which they canceled at the time of the appointment. It took several attempts to contact them to reschedule. I tried to schedule a third cleaning and responsiveness is a problem again. Although the work was good, I will not use them again due to lack of communication.

Description of Work: They did a general home cleaning. I prepaid for a team of two persons for two hours each. They arrive 15 minutes late but they left exactly on the hour. Our deal was that they do as much cleaning as possible within 4 man-hours of work. There were remaining things they could have done but they were already packed up and on their way out when they told me that they had finished. It's a small issue but annoying just the same.

Description of Work: The bathrooms looked great, but overall it was not what was expected from a cleaning crew.

Description of Work: Cleaned my house. The house was clean however, I think they may have only used water not cleaning fluids. Also, as I looked through my cupboards that day I noticed they had taken some cleaning supplies.

Description of Work: Everything went great. Did a whole-house cleaning and carpet cleaning after our belongings were removed by the moving company.

Description of Work: I signed up for the deal as soon as I was aware of it. I heard nothing from them. I went on the Angie's List site and found they had sent me a message. I told them I was not used to using this site for communication and gave them my phone number and address. That was July 30. I have not heard from them. I contacted Angie's List and y'all tried to get them to honor their contract. So far they have responded to none of us. I want my $90 back.

Description of Work: I bought service on June 27th wanting work done on June 1 or 2. On the 2nd I had not heard from company and I called she said she would try to fit me in on the 3rd and would call me back and let me know. She never called me back.

Description of Work: They dusted, vacuumed and cleaned both bathrooms, plus the kitchen floor. They were very punctual and got the job done in a timely fashion. They will be back in about three weeks. Thank you ENS.
