Description of Work: Two ladies came and did a deep clean for 2 hours--4hours total. They cleaned an oven and also the inside of the refrigerator. A supervisor came with them to explain what to do and she got them started.

Description of Work: I was not around when service was provided. It seems that the service was satisfactory. I was a little sorry that more attention was not given to stains on carpet but apparently such work is not done by housecleaners, I am told.

Description of Work: We're unable to rate the actual service of this provide as they do not respond to email requests to schedule a date and time for service. We spoke to them once where they said they would call back after they checked their schedule for availability. We have been unable to contact them since.
