they were to come in and clean. Organize the bedroom and do general dust wipe clean floors kitchen etc. They came in and destroyed this home. They moved furniture and left it in the middle of the floor. took everything they could find on the floor and threw it on the bed. NEVER DUSTED NEVER DID THE FLOORS NEVER WIPED KICHEN COUNTER NOR BATHROOMS I AM A HANDICAPPED WOMEN WHO NEEDED SOME HELP. THEY CAUSED SO MUCH MORE WORK FOR THE NEXT PERSON. THEY LEFT ME IN A MESS THAT I COULD NOT EVEN STAY AT THE HOME THE FIRST NIGHT. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES AND NOW AM FOLLOWING UP WITH A LAW SUIT NOW IN SMALL CLAIMS. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY FAIR WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST

I would never use them again. I feel like they were careless and rough.

Ens Star did a great job. They performed the services two days after first contact. They arrived on time and actually stayed longer then the service I had purchased to finish the job. They were extremely polite and did an amazing job. We will be inviting them back and referring them to our neighbors.

I got two lovely ladies for 2 hours each, and they did an amazing job. We are moving into a new house (which the previous owner left a huge mess) and have no cleaning supplies - they brought everything needed. Showed up spot on time, and hustled like crazy to get everything I asked for done within the allotted time frame. I worked with Sara to set up and schedule my appointment and she was very professional and responsive, making this whole moving experience a lot less stressful. I will definitely use these girls again!

The price is very good. They come when they say they are going to come. They do a nice job. I would have them do everything that is why it is $55. They base it based on what you want them done but what they do they do very well. Sometimes she sends ladies that don't speak very good English but that's typical of cleaning services.

I emailed two weeks in advance to arrange service. Initial response was a little slow. Two days before I emailed again and there was no response to multiple emails or voice messages. The appointment time came and went. I never heard from anyone until late that day. I had a short open window of time and had to call around and find someone else, which cost me more money.

We are prepping our home for sale, as such, there is a lot going on right now. E & S was able to work around our schedule. They did a great job - the house has never looked cleaner. They were friendly, prompt and definitely worth every penny. We will likely call them again for another cleaning before we move.

Everything was cleaning immaculately (including refrigerator, stove, etc.). They provide all of their own supplies, including vacuum cleaner. I look forward to having a sparkling clean apartment every week now!

These ladies do a great job cleaning and are always flexible if I need a scheduling change. They also worked with me on specific cleaners that I needed to use on my granite and tile after I got them sealed. And they gave me a cute little gift for Christmas!

Sarah estimated first, then she showed up before Lupa and Louda began work. 2 girls cleaned, and one spoke excellent English. They cleaned my whole downstairs, even the walls with rags/poles, rock fireplace, and wet wiped everything before applying lemon oil on actual wood. The usual cleanup also, baseboards, etc. I had had new tile put in and the old tile had to literally be jackhammered out............dust EVERYWHERE, even in upstairs dishwasher, but a great deal went downstairs. While these two did NOT have a vacuum, it was no big deal to me. I have 4, and the Dyson I have was needed for major upholstery and fireplace vacuuming. They worked very hard, and cleaned one bathroom also. I only use vinegar water, which I supplied even though they came with an assortment of cleaning products. I also use lemon oil (recommended by Cabinet maker company) but they do have orange oil. Hard workers and I tipped them each $10. worth it. I highly recommend ENS Star Cleaning and will use them again and also recommend them to my clients.

I called for a quote and spoke to Sarah. The quote she gave me over the phone was $25 less than other companies had given me, so I scheduled a cleaning for the following week. She called a couple days before, unsure of the day my cleaning was scheduled. We verified the date and time which was to be 9.a.m. The two ladies who came to clean arrived at 8 a.m. This wasn't really a problem, but it could have been had I been in the shower or out running errands. My home is fairly small, 2 bedroom, one bath and about 1000 sq. ft. and it took the two women about an hour and twenty minutes to clean it, which I thought was pretty fast. I was asked to provide the trash can liners, and I was a bit surprised when one of them asked me for my vacuum, which I retrieved for her. After a few minutes of vacuuming the belt apparently broke on my vacuum. She then told me she had a vacuum in the car, which surprised me even more. Not having a vacuum belt handy, I suggested she use the vacuum she had, and I would have my husband fix mine later. Hers may need to be fixed too, because looking at the carpet in the living room and dining room, it doesn't even look like it was vacuumed. I will have to do it over. The job they did was marginal. After they left, I noticed dog hair and dirt around the edges of the hardwood floor and between the furniture, and on the livingroom carpet. Some of the shelves weren't cleaned; I guess they may have been too high too high, maybe? But I can reach them and I'm not very tall. Much of the furniture was not dusted, nor were the window sills. The vinyl floor and stairs in the back entry were swept, but need to be mopped. I think the laundry room was just skipped over; the carpet there wasn't vacuumed. I had specifically pointed out the one garbage can I use for recycling, but it was just dumped in with the rest of the trash...why even bother to recycle? On the bright side, the kitchen floor and stove look good and the bathroom is ok, except for the shelf that wasn't cleaned and the grime behind the sink faucet. Honestly, I am disappointed. I wasn't expecting a deep cleaning, but I was expecting a much more thorough job. I probably will not use them again. I would rather pay more and have a better, more attentive job done.

These girls were great ! They cleaned everything for me from top to bottom, even the tops of the cabinets. They were a bit late, but other than that were very good. I will use them again, and they were very affordable.
