I purchased a Big Deal with them and scheduled an appointment. They confirmed the appointment with me the week before, and then did not show up for it. No one called, and when I tried to call them, I got no answer. I also emailed them, but received no response.

It went very well! they're very professional, I would have them again in a heartbeat. They did everything from cleaning the outsides of my cabinets to my oven to my floors, just everything.. It was excellent, I was very pleased.

The two ladies who came to clean the house were very sweet and did a great job. The $90 special was a fantastic deal; I was paying my previous housecleaner quite a bit more than that. I plan to schedule regular cleanings with them.

I didn't care for their service. I asked them to call me before they arrive so I could lock up my dogs, and they didn't. They didn't understand English, so I couldn't really tell them what to do. A representative showed up 15 minutes after they arrived, who could speak to them, and asked me what I wanted done. After they left, my house was filthy, and they damaged my cabinets. She called me a few times, and said that I overpaid, and they still owed me hours of cleaning, but I didn't feel safe with them coming back. They used a harsh detergent for cleaning, and used my chairs as stepping stools. They had oily rags, and they wiped out glass with the oily rags, so everything was oily. I spent 2 days cleaning my house after that. The price was not bad compared to other companies that I have used. Initially they were responsive, but they were 5 hours late. I could not understand what they were saying, but they were having personal phone calls while they were working, and they did not pay attention to detail.

Ens Star Cleaning was right on time and listened to what we wanted done. Unfortunately, they did not clean the interior of the refrigerator well, but we did not emphasize that in our instructions because we assumed it was part of the "deal" that we signed up for. The cleaners worked quickly, efficiently and were friendly and professional. I received a call from the owner about 30 minutes before time ran out asking if there was any area that they should focus on before they finished the job. I have never received a call like that before and it was appreciated that they wanted to do a good job to our standards. Thank you Ens Star.

They were hardworking and thorough. My house sparkles from crown molding to baseboards. My cooktop was very dirty but now it looks like new again. I have many bookshelves and they were thoroughly dusted. Grout was scrubbed with much diligence. I am very pleased with the job done.

2 cleaners arrived on time and with a supervisor who checked the guide and made sure they knew the scope of the job which was to give the house a thorough dust and vacuum. In the two hours they were here they went beyond my expectations, cleaning exceptionally well in the wake of construction work that was winding down. I was satisfied enough that I asked them to sweep out the garage and paid for extra time for them to do that. I have scheduled them to return again in another month. The owner arrived at the end of their work and checked to confirm that the job was done to my satisfaction. A positive experience.

I had a very mixed experience with ENS. The owner was incredibly responsive, followed-up on stuff; and the prices were great. I ended up with four cleaners. Two of the cleaners did an excellent job, but they arrived an hour late. So I called and requested two more if possible. Although it was great that ENS was able to have two additional people there within a couple hours, these two were completely inadequate. I ended up wiping cobwebs off window panes and cleaning food spatters off kitchen cabinets until midnight to get it cleaned before the movers arrived with our furniture. When the owner called to follow-up, she did offer to give me a reduced price on future cleaning, but I'd already done it. Oh well. Probably a good choice for cheap surface cleaning, but not for deep cleaning.

The two ladies worked very quickly and accomplished a lot in the four hours they were here. My kitchen and bathroom are so much cleaner. Because they knew there was still more to do, they offered to stay longer but I chose to save the remaining cleaning for another time. They were very professional and quickly brought in their equipment and took it out at the end along with any trash, leaving my home looking great.

I've been having ENS Cleaning come to my house every week for the last few years and they are always prompt and provide amazing service! I couldn't be happier and even have them fold laundry. It's my favorite day of the week when they come and I couldn't get by without them! Their price is reasonable and well worth it.

They do such a great job every time they come. We have been using them for over 6 months and love their consistency, attention to detail and willingness to add extra tasks on all the time.

Great experience. The owner was very responsive and flexible in arranging for a good time for the deep cleaning, her employees arrived on time with all of their supplies, and the two women worked hard for five hours straight to clean our (fairly dirty) house. We were so pleased with the results and the price point that we decided to hire ENS Star to come for cleanings every two weeks in the future.

I am slightly disabled and deep cleaning of the house is impossible for me these days. I contacted Sara and she responded right away within 24 hrs from Angie's list. I told her I was needing a deep cleaning before I go into the hospital for surgery. Her two workers came out within a couple of days and spent 4 1/2 hrs or more cleaning my house from top to bottom. They did an outstanding job and left the house well organized beyond my expectations. I absolutely will be using them again to clean my home. They cleaned the dust from under my furniture and beds which was a concern for me and cleaned the base-boards also. They cleaned the crystal glass where that we had above our kitchen cabinets. They cleaned all our living spaces and the house looks beautifully clean and smells good. I would recommend this company to do your cleaning they did a great job, very very satisfied.
