ENS Star Cleaning

The ladies are great, but the prices weren't really all that well. The two ladies who came to the house to clean even told me that the owner was charging me double, and that i didn't need all the hours I paid for on their packaged deal through Angies List. I have found better cheaper cleaners.

The first time I hired ENS - they did a great job. However, in their additional visits - they essentially stopped cleaning parts of the house. The last time they were here, they skipped the master shower all together. Was disappointed to see the digression of quality over time. They were also very unresponsive in scheduling visits and regularly late for their estimated time. I won't hire them again.

ENS cleaned much more thoroughly than my regular house cleaners. My only complaint is that they do not bring their own vacuum.

I had them come a few times to fill in for another housekeeper I was using because she had surgery and was unable to come for a a couple of months. My other housekeeper charged a flat fee of $95 for the above mentioned services. The first time ENS sent two ladies for two hours. They were unable to complete all of the tasks in two hours, so I just had them leave and finished things myself instead of paying them more. The second time, they were more familiar with the tasks and I also had a list of things for them to complete in order or priority. They finished everything and everything looked really great. The third time also went very well. The last time, they finished in about an hour and 45 minutes (I ended up paying them for two hours of work anyway), but I wasn't bothered because it seemed like the job was done. However, I ended up having to sweep a few of the rooms again because they had been done in such haste. Also, my appointment time was moved a few times, which was a little annoying, but I was also able to move my appointment time when I needed to, so I think that's just the price you pay for flexibility. Overall, I would recommend them. They end up costing about the same as others, but they are efficient and do a good job. I would just recommend making a list so they know exactly what to do and in what order.

We purchased a new home that had just had the walnut hardwood floors sanded and refinished, we were on a close time frame to get the house deep cleaned before we moved in. I hired Happy House Cleaners who I had used before to do the deep cleaning. The floor contractor did not finish on time so I had to make a last minute schedule change - I won't go into details of that nightmare here other than to say when the staff of Happy House Cleaners showed up to do the DEEP CLEAN, they showed up with swifters. What a mess they left. Furious that I had to pay for such poor work I signed on to Angie's list to find a company to actually clean for me. I purchased a coupon for 6 hours of cleaning from ENS Star Cleaning. The next day I received a call from Sara, the owner of the company to schedule. The day of the cleaning Sara came with the ladies to discuss what I wanted done, took the staff through the house and made sure they new exactly what was expected of them. The ladies were not only professional and pleasant but they were very competent. I was so happy with their work that I decided to have them on a regular basis and they are now cleaning bi-weekly for me. Sara worked with me on a schedule so that the same crew comes each time. From the first contact this has been a great experience and I would highly recommend ENS Star Cleaning to others.

Very detailed in their work. Got a lot done in the 9 hours. I called them back to have them clean on a monthly basis, but no one has returned my call. It's been 4 days.

I purchased a big deal for $99 for housecleaning. The owner came out and explained everything to me and they were fast and efficient. They cleaned my whole house and everything came out great. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again.

It went great. The team showed up at 8:00 and worked until the job was done. ENS also accommodated a short notice request to have it done before the 4th ahead of new renters. I'm actually going to use them at my house this week! Great service and a fair price.

Refused to do any work in Ogden

Outstanding. It was the first time in ages our house SMELLED clean. They did exactly what was promised. The had a scheduling issue with someone sick so they were a little late. So what do they do? They sent an extra person to get done even faster! I'm pretty sure they finished at the same time they would have anyway. This was big because we had family coming, and lots of them. That's customer service. They were so good that we are hiring them to come regularly and my sister-in-law did to. I've now referred work colleagues as well. Highly recommended.

The owner of the company (Sara?) is excellent. She is very professional and cordial.

The women who did the cleaning have been professional and friendly. They do the best job I've had from a cleaning company! They are willing to adjust to the weekly needs. There is always at least one person on the job who speaks English well. We have to provide our own vacuum, which I think is better so you never get any unwanted contamination from another house. The women are willing to listen and clean in a particular way, if you want them to do that. They are generally prompt and dependable. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Sara Martinez, the owner, is very accommodating as to needs and schedules. P.S. It is E&S Star Cleaning, NOT ENS.

First off they were early, which was great. I found it odd that they didn't bring their own vacuum. At least I have a good vacuum that picks up a lot but I would have liked it emptied more often because of all the dog hair. It was a little hard to communicate with them because of the language barrier. They did a great job on the bathrooms. I would hire them again for the bathrooms alone. I would use them again and try to be more specific about what I want done, but once again that is hard with the language barrier. Also the cleaner smell was a very strong so that might be h****** some people.

I had used them quite a few years ago when I moved out of my condo and they did an excellent job. So, I gave them a call to do a deep spring cleaning of our house. They did a great job. I don't think our house has been this clean in the 2 years we have lived here. We have 3 dogs that shed, and you would not have even known it when they were done. House smelled clean (which I love) and looked great. It was two ladies that were here for about 5 hours. We are now going to have the bi-weekly rotation service done. My husband and I are too busy in the spring/summer to keep up with the housework of 2 kids and 3 dogs. This will be perfect for us.

The small print on their coupon is a MUST understand. Whatever hours you think you are getting via their Angie's List coupons you need to be aware that these are MAN HOURS. In my case, I thought I was getting 4 hours worth of work. In reality, I got two cleaners each doing two hours of work (for a total of four hour's worth of work). In this sense, the advertisement is a bit misleading--it is, however, covered in the small print. We had the cleaning crew there for a good portion of the day doing deep cleaning / spring cleaning, hence the price tag. When my wife called the owner to understand the charges (remember, we thought we were getting four hours work + the extra hours we asked for so the price tag came as a bit of a surprise) that conversation devolved into yelling match between the both of them and considerable rudeness on the owner's part. Hence the failing grades in Responsiveness and Professionalism categories. We should have understood better how the services were charged. They should have handled our misunderstanding in a more professional manner. Otherwise, services were rendered in satisfactory manner.

It was fabulous. They did such a great job. And thry were able to do it at the last minute on a weekend! Highly recommended!

They are not thorough. No one speaks english and it's hard to communicate with them.

They arrived promptly but I really didn't think they did a bang up job.

they came and cleaned my upstairs. i found that it was different than the coupon. i guess it was me, but it said $90.00 for 4 hours. when they came there were two girls but they only stayed 2 hours. the work was ok, but i was unhappy that they didn't get to my basement. it didn't look like they had moved anything while dusting. i asked them to tell me what it would cost to have them come twice a month, they said they would call to let me know. i never got a call. they were pleasant, but overall i was disappointed. i think the coupon was a bit misleading.

They were late. They only spoke Spanish. They complained about the house being big, but I paid for 4 hours of service not the size of the house. They sent two people for this job. Three bathrooms, vacuuming, washing floors, dusting - if that takes more than 4 hours, somebody is not working hard enough. I have done the same work myself in the same amount of time. Also, they were supposed to bring their own supplies, but needed to use my vacuum.

They bring their own cleaning supplies. Two housecleaners come out and it takes them about 2-3 hours. I pay about $190 a month and that includes 2 cleanings. They are really good. They are quick and efficient.

They did not do a very good job. There were two women and they were pleasant and seemed very respectful. But they did not do the bathroom floors or showers and some other details were just done very well. They did wipe the blinds, which some cleaners don't do, but they didn't take much pride in the job they were doing. The beds didn't look that great and things weren't done well.

ENS Star responded immediately and was very friendly and professional to work with. The house cleaners were also friendly and did a very good job.

They were great. I contacted ENS because of their good Angieslist ratings, initially, and scheduled a time for them to clean my house. I have never had any sort of maid service ever, and really didn't know what to expect. I needed someone relatively quick, because it was close to Christmas, and we were going to have company. We'd just had a guy do a bunch of sanding and I felt overwhelmed to do it all by the time I needed it to be done. The owner sent out two gals, and they did a great job. Because I paid for 6 hours and they only had to use 3 (house isn't that big) I still have a 3 hour credit that I've not had to collect on yet. The gals that came out were great and very pleasant. After they left, the owner called to make sure that I was satisfied. I'll definitely use them again (even IF I didn't have a credit)
