Excellent carpentry,including damaged plaster and wood panel removal and replacement.Broken windows, glass and light fixture replacement. He is well organized, being both practical and artistically knowledgeable. He is well informed re building codes. Description of Work: Responded immediately to my inquiry and came to my home the next day - VERY unusual for a handyman. Great skill - worked on doors, windows. Didn't have quite enough work to cover the required time allocation but very pleased overall.

Description of Work: He repaired a number of damaged walls, baseboards and other areas, which he will sand and paint. He also repaired damaged outdoor light fixtures. In addition, he installed a replacement faucet and replaced the screens in the faucets in my bathrooms. He also fixed the latch on a gate that would not close. He did a great job with all of these repairs and installations. He is coming back to paint and do other projects that I have asked him to do.

Description of Work: Two visits. First to repair rain gutters. The second to level a dishwasher. Both resolved the problems. These repairs were with rentals. The gutter repair was done while I was present. The dishwasher was done after I left town. This is a service I would be confidant using from afar.

Description of Work: He fixed two holes in the ceiling that were cut by a plumber to fix a couple of water leaks. He fixed a wall where there had been water damage from a leaking roof. He replaced a post that needed to support the roof over the front door. The ground had settled so the post was no longer attached to the cement footing. It was just swinging because it was now too short. He was excellent! The work was great. Now that the ceiling and wall are painted you can't tell where the repair was done. The celing is textured and you can't tell where the two repaired areas.

Description of Work: I had a scheduled appointment with Yellow Van, but due to a tenant conflict, I had to reschedule. He was very busy and was unable to reschedule my work for several weeks, so I used someone else. He is very professional. We were able to communicate via email, which I prefer.

Description of Work: I would recommend Troy to anyone. I had a laundry list of items that needed to be done: painting, installation of dimmer switches, door repair, oven door repair, leaky sinks, skylight cleaning, re-fix hooks and light to wall and many other things. Troy was punctual and professional. If there was something he couldn't do he had ideas on how to get it done. I am so happy with his work that I am on a quarterly service program. Cant say enough good things!
