TROY ARRIVED ON TIME ON THE DAY SCHEDULED, WHICH WE HAD HAD TO CHANGE FROM A WEEK DAY TO A SATURDAY. THIS IS A SCHEDULED DAY OFF FOR HIM BUT HE WORKS IT BECAUSE HE CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER HE CARES ABOUT OUR NEEDS AND GETS THEM DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE HE IS FANTASTIC AND SO NICE.

Troy Shepherd was on time & did a great job. I felt bad when he left because I forgot to tip him.

We needed a bunch of maintenance items accomplished on our ever-growing house "to-do" list. We realized that there was no way we would ever get to a bunch of items ourselves, so scanned Angieslist for professional help. We selected Yellow Van Handyman / Troy based on our findings. Setting up an appointment for a quote was quick and easy. Troy came and we went over our list and he patiently explained what and how he would go about doing the items. He have us a detailed quote for all of the items by the next day. We pick-and-chose through the quote and gave him a call. There were no problems scheduling the work to begin. Of course, once he started and items were crossed off the list as completed we just found more items to add! Troy was very professional and gracious and continually worked our next items into his schedule. Troy communicates very well, was very easy to work with, professional, and on-time every time. He made astute recomendations and gave us good advice. He always cleaned up after himself. His work ethic is excellent and the work done was of good quality. Our projects went on over several weeks as more items kept being added so this partial list of items accomplished went on over a few weeks because of Troys other commitments. All in all we are very happy with Troy's work! These are things that would have taken us another 10 years to finally get around to!

He was excellent. He was very quick. I was amazed at how much work he was able to get done while he was there. He was punctual, very personable, and very nice.

I called to schedule the appointment on a day I was home. He was prompt to the appointment and professional. I explained that I wanted all three floors cleaned, top floor, main floor and basement. He did the bare minimum to complete the service.

They are actually very good and punctual. I had two windows that needed extra treatments that had build-up, and they were very good at getting them cleaned.

He was really good, we're going to have him back to do some more work. He did a nice job and I thought what he charged was reasonable.

The person who came out was great and did a wonderful job. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job and was very thorough, pleasant, professional and nice. He even came early which was nice. I liked him and I would use him again in the future.

This is the second part of a two part job that Troy did for us. Working with Troy was stress free. He always showed up right when he said he would. His craftmanship is excellent and well thought out. He was very easy and pleasent to work with and we enjoyed having him around. We love our backsplash and al the work he did. We also apprcieated his easy approach to all the work he did and he never complained about our ever busy and crazy household. He made a stressful time, a fun time.

Troy did a great job and we are most impressed with his attention to detail. He showed up right when he said he would. He worked every moment he was here. We loved how extremely clean he was when working and were very impressed with his ablitly to paint without masking anything. And everything stayed so clean. Troy even came up and helped me pick out the colors for the paint before he started and gave us great suggestions. The place looks so updated and clean. We apprecieate so much the painting he did . In the end Troy even became freinds with our dog - And our dog really doesn't make friends easily.

Tray was on time, personable, and efficient. He completed the work. The job was very well done.

He has a fantastic personality, was very professional, and he did a great job. I thought the price was pretty good for the three hours it took him to clean my windows. I called him back for a different handyman project but I went with someone else who was less expensive.

They was on time - finished in a super timely manner and was very efficient.

Troy was not only on time, he was early, he worked through the rain till complete the job, the final cost was less than expected!

Troy was great, the faucett I originaly purchased didn't have the plate needed. he went with me to Home Depot to pick out the one that would work. He did the job fast and did a great job. Then he installed the fence around my garden which was not scheduled.

Everything turned out very well. We're scheduled to use them again in the future.

Very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only difficulty was not mirroring same finish work cannery, in retrospect we should have asked him to do that.
