They did a great job and worked fast. The windows look brand new.

THEN he handed me the invoice: $665.42 for labor and $236.11 for material. In other words, I paid almost 100 dollars per hour for labor....since work was completed in 7 hours in one day. I was stunned. I expressed that to him in an E-mail.......no response. I already had handyman work done by others, which turned out to be not as good as I had expected. I decided I simply needed to pay more to get the job done right. I am happy enough with Troy's work, which is not the same as being satisfied. The reviews that I read were positive; but the one I have written is not.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. The guy was good and he was on time. He did a good job. I would recommend him. He did what I wanted him to do. The price seemed reasonable.

He was responsible, timely and did a very proficient job. He was a good communicator. He later did some some more handyman work for me. I would use him in the future for window cleaning, but not as a handyman. I felt this was too expensive.

He was very quick to respond. The work that he did, he did extremely well. I would highly recommend him. He was great.

Answering service handles scheduling and collects an overview of what you need done. Scheduling was very easy, and Troy was responsive via e-mail with my questions. He arrived on time for the free estimate and was very courteous and punctual. On service date, he was also on time. He took inventory, went to get supplies, and came back to get the job done. Five hours later, all items on our punch list were handled. He walked us through the work, confirmed it was to my spec, and finally settled at the end of the day. Fairly uneventful, but really REALLY appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and his reasonable cost. Will use Troy for all my handyman projects in the future.

When Troy arrived he was very nice and professional. He had told me that he was going to arrive at 9:00 AM and he rang the doorbell at 8:59 AM so he was very punctual. He quickly installed the fans and cleaned up everything and even took the boxes the fan came in. When everything was installed he took the time to show me how to maintenance the fan and what to do if it gets off balance. There was some confusion with some coupons on Angies List I had purchased but we worked everything out. A week after he came he sent a handwritten follow up letter thanking me for my business. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend Troy to anyone in need of a handyman

Replied to request for quote very quickly, I had a hard time just getting other handyman to call me back. They arrived right on schedule and did a good job reviewing the work that was needed and making suggestions. Quote was also received quickly and was easy to read.

Troy came first to see what needed to be done, then sent us an estimate by e-mail. We approved the estimate and arranged for him to come and do the work. He brought 2 helpers with him. They were very professional in covering things we did not want to get paint on, very precise on painting the different colors (white ceiling, beige walls, one accent wall). Very attentive to details. It looks excellent! They cleaned up after themselves very well. They cleaned out gutters that had needed it for quite a few years. The downspouts are actually working now! They replaced the hallway light that had stopped working. All-in-all the work was done very well and they were delightful to work with.

The Yellow VAN Handyman showed up on time and started work right away. I was immediately pleased with the results, but later found some minor missed spots. My biggest concern was about pricing, but it is probably at least partially my fault. I bought a fixed price for a set number of windows. I never received a window count, so I have no idea how much future services would cost with the Handyman if I didn't buy the package.

3 p.m. On the day of the service Troy called to inform me he was running late, showed up about 40 minutes later. I had another appointment to get to by 4 p.m. and left Troy to do his work. When I came home, the work was done, but I was disappointed in the quality. Almost every window was streaked, and the corners of most were still dirty. Not the same job he had done before. Disappointed.

Great. This is the third time I've used this company. Troy came to look and the disposal and gave me the option of fixing it or replacing it. I opted to have it replaced because is 13 years old. He went to Home Depo and picked out a replacement and it only took about 1 hour to install the new one. Total cost with a new disposal was about $250. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
